father's day that i congratulate all the fathers that are there watching us today and also while we are singing here singing these songs blessing the lord and praising his name we also we also must remember that we have a heavenly father that loves us that also adores us and he and he looks down on us all together and you know i have it in my heart even though you guys are just watching behind the screen i still would like to i would like you to sing with us with all your heart and just praise his name and remember that he is our father he is all of our father and on this father's day to give him all the praise to give him all the glory because we wouldn't have even been fathers if it wasn't for him you know and i i even i me and my wife were actually uh expecting uh a child in december and you know that the picture of a father has really been you know implanted into my heart and uh it's just just beginning but um i really value and and love god for his example of a father and i just encourage you know whether you you are all more than likely grandfathers or great grandfathers but i encourage you to continue being that good father example just like our heavenly father word spoken and the preacher said that he gave he told the story about the prodigal son there were two sons and a father and one of the sons he wanted to go out and he wanted to go and explore the world and he told his father that he wanted half of his inheritance so that he could go and he could go and uh just explore the world and then he ran out of that money and eventually he went back to his father and his father was overjoyed to see him and the son came on the road and his father saw him from a distance and he came and he greeted him with a hug and a kiss and he just welcomed his son back and his son said i'm so sorry i'm so sorry that i left i'm sorry that i grabbed all this money and i just just i've just left you behind in the back mirror and i'm just sorry and we can take this story and we can apply it into our lives that we can always be encouraged that our heavenly father will never forsake us he will never leave us and anytime we go astray we can always just turn to him and he's always going to be there with open arms and he's always going to be there to uplift us and encourage us and to just to love us and i'd like for all of us to just remember that our heavenly father it's it's father's day today and our heavenly father is just so important that he just takes such a big uh part of our lives and he's just always there for us and he loves us and uh i'd like to words then you're able to it's going to bring you some memories i hope because you are in fact in our hearts you are in our minds and we miss you terribly and because of this coronavirus this pandemic we're not able to be present with you physically but i'm glad that we have this opportunity today that we would like to be on video and you're going to see us and i hope one day we're gonna be able to see you and physically be present hug you greet you and i thank god very much for an opportunity over quite some time now that we have become friends we have become very close and just like before we would like to encourage some of these what we've been encouraged ourselves and share that with you today is a wonderful beautiful day not just outside with this beautiful sun but i'm sure where you are right now on this father's day first of all happy father's day to all of you fathers you have sacrificed a lot in your life for your family working very hard trying to provide you sacrifice for your children trying to take care protect them and love them with all your heart and i'm sure many of you have any family next to you whether it's your children and maybe somebody who is very close to say thank you for all have you done and we would like to thank you because you know the sacrifice and the journeys that you went through in your life you know it's a beautiful day it's a beautiful holiday i'm a father myself of three beautiful children and i'm glad that god gave me an opportunity to be a father i'll be honest with you i try my best to be a very good father but i know that i'm not always perfect but what i'm very encouraged is that i know my heavenly father and i learn from him he teaches me he takes care of me too because every father needs to have a father you have your earthly father but beside that we all have a heavenly father and i would like to read from the word of god a very encouraging passage that is written in 2nd corinthians chapter 6 verse 18 that says i will be a father to you and you will be my sons and daughters says the lord almighty those are beautiful and wonderful words that says the lord almighty not just someone but god of the universe someone who sent his only son jesus to this earth himself came from heaven to this earth so that way he can you and me we would become sons and daughters imagine for a second that somebody who is so powerful somebody who created all the earth including you and me he says i will be a father to you like i mentioned earlier i'm a father myself and i'm very honest with myself i realize i'm not perfect i make a lot of mistakes in my life but there is someone who is perfect and it is a heavenly father and because we are not perfect as humans when we maybe look at our fathers we find faults we find that maybe when they were not there for us when we needed them some kids they don't even know who their father is or maybe they knew who they are but they never felt that fatherly love in their allah in their life they never felt that hug over father they never felt that care of her father it's a broken world and there's broken families there's broken souls because they did not experience true father in our life maybe it's you maybe it's someone that you know who did not have that father who did not have that perfect father figure in their life but i don't want you to look at that and be discouraged i don't want you to say oh because of that something did not happen in my life or because of that something did happen that i did not want to happen don't think like that be reminded that you have a perfect father who lives in heaven and he says you will be my daughter and you will be my son all you have to do like i mentioned earlier he sent his only son jesus christ he got himself he left heaven and he came to this earth for one simple reason so that way you become his son and you become his daughter and even though you maybe did not experience this love of a father in your life maybe you do not have a perfect father you have that opportunity today to call someone who is perfect a father and he says i want to be your father i want you to be my son and i want you to be my daughter all you have to do today i will conclude and we will prayer have a prayer if you're comfortable i'm inviting you please pray this prayer with me today invite this father who maybe you never knew and experienced in your life to be the father today to be this perfect father for you who cares who loves but not only that jesus said i'm gonna leave this earth and i'm gonna go back to my father to prepare a place for you he loves you and me so much he does not want you just to live in this life on this earth he did not want you just to experience the good thing in this life because we both you and me we know very well that this world that we live is very broken now this virus is going around and nobody has a cure for that but god said i'm leaving this earth to prepare a place for you would be no more tears would there be no more sorrows but there will be no more diseases there'll be no more viruses there'll be no more death it will be a perfect place and he did this for one simple reason because he loves us so much and he's inviting you today and he says jerry mary michael elizabeth whatever your name might be today please become my son and become my daughter i have a place that i prepared for you it's called heaven it's called new jerusalem if we are very honest with ourselves we're going to leave this this this earth sooner or later whether you're young old but it's not the end it's only the beginning because god has a place for all of us now the question is to you would you like to be part of that place would you like to be there where he prepared for us it's your calling today it's time for you to answer if your answer is yes i would like to go to heaven if your answer is yes i would like to call my father heavenly father as my father i would like to become his son i would like to become his daughter then pray this prayer with me today we're gonna ask our heavenly father to forgive us from all our sins so that we have this opportunity to become part of his family and live in his place let's bow our heads together and close our eyes and please repeat this prayer after me heavenly father i thank you so much for this beautiful sunday the world is celebrating father's day and i thank you that i had a father he maybe was not a perfect one but i know and today i'm being reminded that i have a father no matter what who is god almighty he loves me so much that he wants me to become his daughter and son not only he just saying those words he proved it with his action by leaving heaven and coming to this earth dying on the cross paying the price so that i would live that i would be called your son and daughter and today i say yes to this invitation i say yes i would like to be your daughter i would like to be your son i ask you that you forgive me do you forgive me my sins just like children i misbehaved many times i did not listen when you were speaking to me to stay away from trouble not to make certain actions but i did it anyway i ask you forgive me forgive me forgive me wash my heart with your blood and give me forgiveness i want to know you i want to have this hope in you while i live live on this earth but also when this time comes and i leave this earth i would like to go to this place that you have prepared to those they'll love you i want to love you lord but all of my heart please accept me my heavenly father amen um although we're not there with you in person we still have the flowers that we usually pass out whether they'll be passed out or they're for you to grab um thank you guys for watching and may god your heavenly father today on this father's day so that you would do some activities with him you know kind of just spend time in conversation with him in his word today just so you could spend a little extra time today with him and i would like just to pray right now to conclude our service for this father's day lord jesus we thank you we thank you father that you you have given us this father's day every single one of us jesus you have given us these fathers on earth but you are also our heavenly perfect father and we just thank you for all that you do for every single one of us that you love us so much that your love is so great for us and we just pray that today we would take this one day to appreciate you so much appreciate everything you do all your fatherly love all your gestures we just pray that you bless us and bless every single person watching this this video lord god that that they would they would love you as a father jesus father in heaven we just pray that you bless all of us as we leave this place and every single one of us in these nursing homes so these these times would end and so that we would be able to visit our friends once again in jesus name
