lord we sing a wonderful [Music] song and listening to this song I remember the words of Jesus Christ I want to read it and just share with you it's a last commandment of Jesus Christ it's a written in Gospel of ma Matthew from chapter 28 verses 19 and 20 [Music] you know in order to be able to go and preach other people we have to meet Jesus Christ ourself first just we as we sang in that song I am saved in the blood of Jesus Christ but in because in order to fulfill the Commandment of Jesus Christ we have to show it on our own example and sharing with other people and preaching the word of God we share a good news which we live through in our own lives because at the one time we had we met Jesus Christ our sins are forgiven we Washed by the blood of Jesus Christ we received fulfillment through Jesus Christ that's why when sharing with others we just share our own life that where the last word Words which were written in the gospel of Matthew and I want to to preach today also about one meeting that Jesus Christ had and he showed us an example how we're supposed to preach why is it so important to preach correctly and where could we get the better example as not from a life of Jesus Christ when I H came to came to this to this was coming to this church uh I was listening to one of the preachers and he shared very great example from his own life he was pastor of the church for a long time and that year nobody repented in his church and he was praying and asking the Lord God please let me just witness to one person so they can repent and he said I I was thinking very long time how do I do it correctly how can I form the relationship with the person so they would understand me correctly and when we uh he continued to pray he actually had a side need so he needed to buy a car lot and he was looking at through the newspapers and she he was looking on the internet and he finally found a car on uh one of the dealers parking lots when he came he went there and he started to um talk to the salesman and he finally bought the car and he was driving the car for a few weeks and the car was driving perfectly and he decided to call back to that salesman and thank him for that car and he called him and he thanked him and the salesperson was very surprised his complain so he said mostly people when people call back the salesman they they s they call to complain they feel that they were tricked in some way they overpaid for that car or they they were sold the service that they didn't need and he was very surprised that I was thanking him and he they were talking for for a while and then in if in sometime passed and he always always again was driving by that place that where he bought the car and he just felt in his heart the desire to to meet this person again and he said he called him and said I I am just driving by your dealership uh would you like to stop by some restaurant have a lunch and we we met and we just ordered some food and we just having a conversation and he asks me uh what do you do for a living and and I say say to him I'm a pastor of the church and he he said you don't look like a pastor and he did because he said I don't know what to tell him and I said oh you don't also don't look for as a person who sells the cars and also like we continue the conversation and I asked him do you go to church are you saved and he started to share his life with me and he said no I don't go to church for many years he said when he was a child he was a friend with the son of the pastor of the local church is and also like like a children they they they try to um to do something funny to to to they mess it up with something they mess it up with something and one time we didn't like one of the teachers in school and one evening with with the son of a pastor we uh got into the school through the window and broke something we in the classroom and they were cut in that and the next service that we had in church the pastor called him uh called him up before everyone and he said my son all of my son's problem is because of you and he said it's better if you don't go to our church and he said it was my last service when I attended church and the pastor thinking to himself God and praying God what can I tell to this person in order to call him back to Christ sales and I asked and he said I asked him are you a Salesman you selling cars and he said uh you know you are good salesman for me but there are salesman that not that good and he said like you had you met a pastor which uh did incorrectly but he said but Jesus Christ loves you anyway and he said after that when he witnessed to him for some time the person received Jesus Christ he said can I go to your church that's a very small example from our life mostly our Slavic people are not used to sharing but Americans are quite open it's a lot easier for them to share their worries about their life and many other things that's why I want you to open uh Gospel of John uh chapter 4 I'm going to preach about the meeting of Jesus Christ with a Samaritan woman verse six and below uh first of all I want to point our attention on to the following so six o'clock in Hebrew it was about noon where the most the weather was the most hot the temperature was the most hot at the time the people uh mostly go to to to to have to gather water probably early in the morning or late in the evening where it's not so hot because when they uh got the water they have to carry it to to to the city to to their houses later reading the word of God we know the story of this this woman and we can understand why she chose that time in in the noon time to go to get water she had her her problems in her life and she didn't want anybody to talk to her about those problems so she chose that time in order not to meet anybody on the way but Jesus Christ who stopped by the well he knew that woman and he saw that she's going to get water and I reading from verse n be woman seeing Jesus Christ she tries to avoid the conversation with him she points out for two on two problems she said that that uh Jews do not associate with Samaritans and she is a woman how he being a man asked her for a drink she did everything from her side in order to avoid that conversation but very interesting how Jesus starts to preach she doesn't he doesn't start to argue with her to persuade who who is right or Jews or Samaritans he doesn't raise a subject that he she is a woman alone and he's man the man by himself if they have a right to even have a conversation but he tells her the the thing that gets her interested in in that subject he tells her if he would if she would know what who is that man that speaks to her he would ask she would ask him for a living water and then from verse 13 Jesus answered her the with the following words [Music] for can you imagine this woman looks upon Him Jesus Christ and she sees that he asked her for water and he she sees that the well is deep he doesn't have a rope with him he doesn't have a bucket and he looks she looks at him and said oh if you ready to give me a drink I want to see you give me a drink but Jesus continues his sermon and he says from verse 16 and below when Jesus Christ was only approaching the well he knew that this Samaritan woman will come he knew about her life and he very interestly building up his sermon witnessing to her about himself and he led her to so so she will started to tell the truth to him and started to have a conversation with him in verse 21 here Jesus answers answering with those words to the question of this woman if you are prophet tell me how do I worship God correctly and again Jesus Christ just like avoid the straight answer he tells her the truth but he doesn't argue with her about her point of view that's why when Apostle when Apostle Paul lived a long portion of his life knowing a lot of stories from the life of Jesus Christ at his time he said the following words I don't want to know anything among you accept Jesus Christ even he even even him crucified when we testify someone about Jesus Christ it's a great example for us how how to behave we should not raise a questions would would uh provoke arguments be between people as Jesus Christ that we have to look about upon spiritual side of of this conversation it doesn't matter who we witnessing to to the woman or to the man where he was born in which continent what kind of history that that man or woman had before or what kind of what what color is their skin fulfilling the Commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ we have we have to preach about Jesus Christ who was crucified resurrected by whose blood we are washed by his wounds we are healed and we have a lot to learn from Jesus Christ for uh again from the verse 25 we know how Jesus Christ preached how he built his sermon and opened up himself to this woman and we know the results of this sermon this woman because of the conversation she had with with Jesus Christ the receiving this living water from Jesus which changed her life and he she went back to the to the city and started to preach she started to witness what she she experienced and the people who listen to this news they wanted themselves to come and look at Jesus Christ her sermon that day changed the whole town very often in our life when we come to Jesus Christ we also don't know a lot of things sometimes it happens just like this woman who looked Upon Jesus Christ and she didn't see a bucket or rope which with which he could get the water the same sometimes we come to to God and just just like this woman she had her own problems in her life sometimes we experience our worries sometimes we fall sometimes our clo our loud ones are suffering we lose our closed ones and just like this woman who looked Upon Jesus Christ it didn't see the the mean means of him so he could get that water and also we when we look upon the Lord we ask him the question Lord what kind of solution do you have for my situation sometimes we think if we don't see this the solution for ourselves so it solution doesn't exist but our Lord Jesus Christ he didn't even know ahead of time that we going to fall we going to have a lot of worries or problems in our lives but just like this woman who he he knew her life the same he knew about a lot of people who will will be born after after her and for us also he knows Our Lives and knowing all of this he decided to go to the cross of golgatha to shed his blood for you and for me because of many generation did not have did not see the solution in their lives he didn't only shed his blood for us and saved us from our sins but the scripture says that we we placed in Heavenly places in Jesus Christ there is no better Assurance than knowing when when we live or walking preaching this is the word of God that Jesus Christ said at at his time the last verse that the gospel of Matthew is concluded is as follows I will be with you all always to the very end of the age I don't know about you but for me it's the best promise which only we could receive from Jesus Christ knowing that he saved us he shed started a church of course Lord started the church but the local church he planted the church when his his father called him and asked him uh how things how things are going he excitedly said great on Sunday a lot of people come during the week his father decided to visit his CH his son's church when he came there was very few people there and son wanted to justify himself he said Dad it's it's during the week in the middle of the week and on Su there's a lot more people do you know what his father like experienced Minister what he answered him he's my son this few people they hold the the Church of Christ those people are standing on a Prayer guard and they ask for blessing for Sunday and for every every meeting it's good for us to be in the house of God during the week I want to share one thought of course it's a very um broad subject but maybe I'll just start today May if God's willing maybe we'll continue the other time but uh later on I'll I'll touch upon uh my Ministry I wouldn't say that it's my Ministry our ministry in Ukraine people who are in need but first of all I want to invite you to the word of God Gospel of Luke um chapter 8 18 188 verse 8 but a son of man when he comes in his glory would will he find the faith on on Earth I don't know why about this uh right after the par parable about um Widow and and um unrighteous judge why did he say the following words did you think like what did Jesus mean when he said the following [Music] words that the Jesus didn't say when he comes again because we wait for him and he's coming is very soon he didn't say there would not be Believers on Earth the belever it's going to be many Believers millions of Believers but the churches got be bigger and smaller there going to be mega churches too choirs will be singing Orchestra is going to be playing preachers going to be preaching everything's going to be in its place what did Jesus mean when he said but the son of man will come will we find will he find faith on the Earth I'm not going to remind about everything uh about the word of God but as Christians we know there is two categories of Faith there is negative faith and positive [Music] faith the the negative facei it's like empty Faith it's even demons Fates it's um I don't even want to spend a few seconds on a negative faith the following is a positive pH which I about which I read in my Bible and you read in yours I'm not going to remember all of that there too many it's a living um faithful I wanted to stop by the uh last ones living and acting with love there is a definition of Faith the the the definition of the Living Faith that the eyes that see the ears that hear and the heart that reacts today we we count ourselves as the Believers I don't have a moral authority to rebuke you or anybody else I just remind you about the word of God Which con concerns first of all me brother Tas my my transl and all of us look eyes that see we as Christians what do we see what do we see in this 21st century when we look upon what happens in in the world right now isra when we look upon the worldly CL world clock of Israel which is says that the steps of Jesus Christ it's already heard he is coming he's coming soon but question is what kind of people will find us or me we heard this words that son of man when he comes will he find faith upon the Earth I'm more than sure about he will look for The Living Faith in the in the Believers he will he will be looking for acting faith in the Believers and the the the faith which is comes from love that what kind of Faith he would be looking for even if you look uh very superficially on the word of God we see the the the the faith is like a this Mighty engine which drives the the the every Christian or a church by faith we know a lot of things we by faith we accomplish a lot of things we we we we heard today that by faith we have assurance that our sins are forgiven [Music] the nature is not the the the work of the evolution but it's creation of the Lord that's that's what the Bible says by faith we are justified by faith we receive the Forgiveness of all all our sins listen carefully by our faith devil attacks with with his might all his mind that our faith devil wants to destroy our faith and he is when he's able to if he's able to do it he reached his goal I met some [Music] people who lost their faith they can still continue to attend church for years but be a broken branch on the tree which will never bring [Music] fruit if devil is not able to destroy our faith he tries to get the doubt in our hearts so we start to doubt the truthfulness of this holy book so we would doubt the Forgiveness of all our sins I already I was speaking about it before so we would doubt that the Heavenly places are ready for us with our savior I don't know if you heard about the statistics of the researchers found when they were questioning Christians I'm not talking about the people of the this world listen carefully 25% people who attend to church chist they're not sure about their salvation 25% it's a tragedy people who attend the church from their childhood at the end of the life when you ask him a questions are you sa they cannot say for sure yes in the name of Jesus I am saved do you know why because some doors were open and that the devil put the doubt in their hearts because it's that's why very important for us today look very care carefully so we don't lose our faith the Apostle Paul advises all of us preachers or Levites that or everyone and for those people who come only on Sunday for everyone he asks the question when we read the second Corinthians Chapter 13 Verse 5 listen carefully it's very important examine yourself to see whether you are in faith test yourself do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you unless of course you fail the test every Christian have to remember that our faith is always under attack from devil when we come to the Lord they have very little faith but it has ability the ability to grow it has the ability to grow just like a little child when the child was is born it's so cute and it's powerless [Music] and the best food for this baby is mom's milk eating this mom's milk the child begins to grow of course the the the food changes with time and from this little baby the boy or a girl the beautiful men and women grow as same in spiritual I'm not saying where is written but the Apostle Peter said the following words just as a newborn baby desire the the the clean milk so we can grow with by it to for salvation listen our faith can grow we cannot stay the same from year to year we have to grow in we have to grow in knowledge of the we have to grow in faith but in order to grow in faith we have to have the spiritual food and the faith can grow if we feed it and motivate it so we can grow how can we make our faith stronger first of all the word of God which is not very interesting for some of us but we when we start to read our faith grows from from the word of God from listening or or reading the word of God but the listening through the word of God let ourselves ask ourselves a question I'm not going to ask you to raise your hands how much or how little do we read the Bible but if we would not fall in love with the word of God don't think to be a strong Christians if the word of God will will not dwell in us we are not be a we will not be able to to do what whatever God calls us to do and this next one is prayer the word of God first of all prayer I'm not talking about the prayer when we wake up in the morning or we we in a hurry to go to work or to to college school and like very fast say a few words R run for to work or or school I'm not talking about the the prayer when we in the evening we're tired we uh kneel by the bed at some say some something and didn't say something didn't mention something and and just just went to sleep I'm talking about the prayer when we connect with the spirit of the Lord I I'm talking about the prayer where the god starts talking into our spirit and we feel the connection with the Lord and it's inspires us and strengthens us and directs us for our faith would be aive and and acting and the third whatever motivates our faith is our good good deeds I I talked about it on Sunday we don't have a choice be created by God for the good works that we should remain in them and only deep uh deeply believing Christian who who was born from the god Lord's Spirit who had a living faith is able to do some things so my prayer that God would help every one of us so we would not live only for ourselves I remind reminded the the the definition of faith that the eyes that see very good if when we see accept our family we will will see somebody else but if we don't see the the the the word of God advises us so we would take the ointment which we read about in the last book The Revelation Book of Revelation and take the ointment for your eyes and anoint your eyes so you can see it's I need it today and we all of us need it today so we can see the spirit we have a spiritual sight the ears that hear also the last book of the Bible says Whoever has ears let them hear what the spirit reveals to the churches do you remember that one time the Paul saw the vision the Macedonian appeared to him he saw the and he heard The Voice come to us to Macedonia and help us people who has who whose eyes are open and whose ears are open they have good hearing and the which people who had hearts that react to it they will not ignore those those kind of invitations you remember very good about The Travelers that went from Jerusalem to Jericho and terrible things happened to him he got into the hands of the bad people he could have died if not be for one person who had hurt heart that that that was sensitive heart who saw this injured man stopped and helped him dear my brothers and sisters I'm going to conclude my [Music] sermon very deep subject it's a very important subject in your life uh it depends how strong our faith will be that God could do Mighty things in the church I want to share one moment it was happened a long time ago it's approximately 37 38 years ago it's before we came to United States it's uh actually the the start of my Ministry uh the two strangers came into our gathering our church I'm talking about faith What Faith Can Do of course they were seated because they came just in the middle of the service and the when the service ended the one of them who was like very strong and his wife was uh little and very pale and she looked sick and her stomach was so big just like in a last month of pregnancy and he stands up and he [Music] says I just took my wife from the hospital I'm a communist I promised a lot of money money to the doctors but they said we did everything we could get ready for the worse but one of them said uh later on I found out who was it one of the surgeons whose parents were Christians uh go to the Village of C and there there they Believers there and they pray and people say it helps that's why we here if the Lord heals my wife I will take my the party members the identification I'll throw back in in their faces you know when we pray for believers we can say oh we are lacking Faith or maybe the God leads you that way but that when the unbelievers are before us Godless people are before us and we have to show them the living Christ this is totally different thing this was special [Music] prayer wrote it in my book of memories that that that [Music] moment you can buy it and and read it if you like I'm shorten it up when we were at prayer we we came we approached her and had commandment to put our hands on her and there was a word was said to her if you repent you will live if you accept Jesus you will be saved and instead of death I'll give you life and instead of Tears I'll give youy joy and the prayer concluded and about three four months we visited the village where they were from because all the in their Church were was also a church their Village and when we came to this Central yeah we greeted the sisters that were there and uh when we greeted those sisters one of them uh held held on to my hand and he she looked at me and asked do you remember [Music] me uh I looked at her said I'm sorry no I she said I'm the same woman who you prayed for his her face was totally different her life her face was full of life the stomach the big stomach that I was talking about he says I'm healthy I'm running I'm going picking up the the berries and and and and mushrooms I I'm I'm Healed that's what we need Church The Living Faith the faith that the Lord is to yesterday today and forever the same and today he he he does great Miracles and you are witnesses of it I didn't say anything you you Witnesses what God did in your life in your own lives and the lives of your closed ones but it's not supposed to be like Only Exception it has to be always the church supposed to live in it because Jesus says I gave you Authority and by faith we accept this Authority and they have they have a right to use it to baptize in the Holy Spirit for healings and and a lot of great things that God authorized us to do the word of God says without Fai it's impossible to please the Lord in other words we cannot be not not be able to fulfill the will of God if we not going to have the Living Faith we will not be able to fulfill Our Calling on this Earth if we will not be if we will not be filled with faith but in order to be able to be filled with faith I I I I named three things word of God prayer and that the The Good Deeds would we which we are able to do through faith I'm not preaching about this salvation through through the good deeds I I preaching about the faith which is followed by Good Deeds I think my my time is over I will say two short testimonies people who I met when I visited one of the villages on re region one family which we supported always they had four children we we supported them for tens of years uh the about 30 years the mom of those children she is bound and she needs help 24/7 she cannot even lie down or stand up by herself it's painful just to look at her you know when we came to her house we would you would lift we be lifted up spiritually positivity so much joy hope I didn't see it in the healthy people I think where'd she get it from and I I I I came into conclusion this is through Liv she knows that everything will come to the end suffering will finish and the sickness will will come to the end and she will be healed and there she told me there's a one but uh the wife got sick with cancer they have two children and husband left her she cannot work and she asked me to visit her if if if I can and I felt in my heart that I should visit her shortening the story I I was in this little house I because God stirred my heart to give the finances to to this woman and you could you could only see that the the eyes was filled with tears and amazed face she holding those those money she said I never had any hope to get any help from the outside and I started to telling telling this to the Lord and she said Lord I can I don't have ability to pay my bills I cannot buy enough food for my children I don't have money for this expensive medicine and the prayer of faith brought this blessing into her family I could tell you a lot of similar stories but maybe next time and like I just like I said on Sunday it's about more than 30 families we we were able to be blessing to them and approximately in two months if if God will allow me to do I want to go there again and that's today if if if it's you're not um I don't know I would BL uh if you feel in your heart that you want to help you can participate in in serving those family and be a blessing for them you know every family first of all they try to thank those to those people who give them and I always read direct them than there in heaven God gives it you through the people and the the people the Church of God is a blessing for you maybe for this like U things of little importance but the name of the Lord is praised that's why I invite you to stand up on our feet God we know that that Jesus said said come and learn from me and we know that Jesus never passed people by he he helped people in their sorrows he encouraged the people who are sad and he brought the Hopeless hope for for his you [Music] alexand connection for me for am amen
