David got up so David will be first all right how's everybody doing today well yeah as you guys know today is the day of Pentecost and it's kind of like we've been like talking about the Holy Spirit in a lot and I just wanted to like mention that like some qualities of the Holy Spirit like he's a comforter like he just helps us in everything and like I'm going to be speaking about friendship and how important it is and the Holy Spirit it's just such a good friend to all of us like he's there when when you need him the mode and the Holy Spirit is just there all the time but I was just gonna start talking about friendship like most of the Bible when we look at it we followed the example of Jesus that's who we strive to be like Jesus and there's this kind of this joke that I heard that one of Jesus's greatest miracles was that he had 12 very close friends at the age of 30 and I just wanted to say that it's so important for all of us to have friends like this cuz like in anything that Jesus did like when he went up to pray in the Mount of Olives he was having such a hard time he was struggling yes he was praying with the Father but he also brought his friends with him he needed that support from his friends and friendship is just so good that to have these close friends in church to support you in your ministry pastor Peter always sends people out by - when you're ministering because you need that friend to support you to have your back friendship is just so important to all of us and I'm kind of happy that we have such a not not our church isn't so big you can have these close relationships you know everybody they're all your friend if you're having a tough time you could just lean on each other and friendship is just so important for us to have the Holy Spirit for us to lean on him for us to have Jesus and for us to have these friends here in church so that in ministry and everything that you do friends always they just help you out they just lift you up and friendships one of the greatest things that we have because like I wanted to read a passage from the Bible actually it's in proverbs 18 verse 24 it says a man who has friends must himself be friendly but there is a friend who sticks sir than a brother and this is so important to us because like we we need to have these friends that's that stick with us because friendship your friends just sticks so closely to you you're you you have brothers and family that you can't choose but friends you can choose your friends you could choose your these Christian friends that'll help you and they'll just build you up spiritually and that's such an important thing for us to have is these Christian friends and I just like to encourage you to have these friends have these Christian and friends that build you up that if you're going in the wrong path they'll lead you back to the right one and also be a friend for somebody maybe see nobody somebody needs help maybe they don't have a friend it's just so important for you to have their back talk to them when they need you to talk to them just be there for them when they need someone there it's just such an important thing for us and I just want us to pray so that we could be a be a friend for somebody because if if that's all our mindsets for us to be a friend to somebody you're gonna get that back in return for the next person if they're thinking the same thing and it's just gonna be so important and so you're just gonna feel so good when this person just comes up and talk to you and I just like us all to pray right now so that we could be a friend for somebody else and we could just lift each other up and build each other up so that these bonds would never be able being able to be broken let's just stand and pray right now Lord God we thank you for this time lord we thank you for this congregation that we could come here and we could just all come here to encourage each other and lift each other up so we could just be a friend to somebody else Lord we just pray that you bless every single one of us so that we would have this mindset where we would try to help each other in ministry and anything that we do so that we would be a friend to somebody we would build each other up Lord because we Christians we need these friends we need these people behind our back because this world this world won't always be easy Lord we just pray that you bless us bless us with these friends that that they would build us up Holy Spirit so that you were always there so that Jesus we could just lean on you when we don't have any buts but so we would always have somebody bless us all Holy Spirit so we would be this friend to somebody else to somebody in need so we would we would just build each other Holy Spirit I pray that you bless every single one of us so that these bonds would never be broken in the name of Jesus amen sisters you guys must have been praying because I just got a word from the Holy Spirit praise God so happy that I could be here today and just to see everyone wow we got a lot bigger since the last time I was here I don't remember seeing this many people in the crowd I want to share something going off of what that I said today in the morning about how powerful our words are and whenever he he spoke he was preaching about it and I don't know how many of you guys have know my story probably most of you I lived in Charlotte North Carolina because I was there for an American Bible School so I had to serve at a American Church there while I was doing my my Bible College and I got to serve on team and I got the privilege of being every single service basically to hear the word and recently they've been going through sermon series called taming the tongue and I'll share another story and this series I love this year's going through it because it's such a powerful series and recently I just got back and I don't remember what my mom and dad and I was sitting there talking with them and my mom said oh if this happens then everything's gonna be bad and my dad looks at my mom he's like Oksana what are you saying you're gonna call this upon our lives don't say these kinds of words and my mom's seen that she's like oh I'm sorry that she said something kind of similar dad's like stop saying these things I was like wow the discipline you have to have to stop yourself or stop your wife in your inner tracks of saying something so that she doesn't call the bad things upon your life and so anyway in this Cirie's we've been going through it's all about the power of words how are words they not only impact us they impact everything around us the impact our future our lives what's gonna happen tomorrow they ain't even impact another person how we say our words what we say how many people have heard sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me yes false words will hurt you more than sticks and stones because it will hurt you on an emotional level and a psychological level that you will never understand and that's just it's so terrible to think that you something you may say could tear down a person's life and they may never want to speak to another Christian or step inside the the doors of our church and that's how crazy it is it's a big deal what we say what we do because in heaven we're gonna account we're gonna take account for every single word that is spoken out of our mouth you think God's not listening like I said the Holy Spirit's next to you or every single day of your life God hears everything you say the Holy Spirit lives inside of you and so then get inside you're distracting me sorry I lost my train of thought so anyway I would just like to encourage all of us and myself even sometimes like you may you may be playing sports I noticed this all the time with myself and I've been trying to correct it in myself you may be playing sports with your brothers and like trying to trash-talk a little bit oh you suck you won't make that come on like something like that and think about it like it sounds all playful fun and games but it's something so deep like it has a spiritual root the the words that we speak and we like I just grew to have this realization that we have to be careful for everything we say not to say anything without thinking about it before because everybody is impacted by it and so I just like to pray for all of us to tame our tongue and just be cognizant of what the Holy Spirit is to say because not only can we hurt people by the words we say but what if the Holy Spirit speaking to you and it may be your last chance to reach somebody and you just don't you don't speak those words into existence that can be a terrible thing too so let's all get up and just quick prayer real quick father God thank you for this day thank you that we could all be in this place today thank you for every beautiful soul that is here and we pray to you God that our Holy Spirit that we are you give us strength you give us wisdom to use the words that we to use the words that we speak and make it into a fruit a good fruit that can be used for the kingdom of God that when we come to heaven that we are not ashamed of what we said we're not sitting there blushing we're not afraid of cold that we said something bad but we spoke your kingdom into existence father God here on earth and in heaven father God we open gates father God that people were saved through our words father God in Jesus name I pray bless everybody's tongue in this place amen father god amen I would actually like to get out of there a fun fact to what Dan was saying about words I was could included in my sermon but so in the Bible David King David he actually you know at a moment he said he cursed the culture called the mountains of Gilboa and he in in the word of God it says that he cursed him said I would not bear fruit and they would be desolate and if you actually look now if you were to go to this it's an Israel like in the area that area there and those mountains to this day do not produce fruit and they are desolate so he spoke those words he was upset at the time and he spoke those words and they came into existence and so many it was a thousand years before Christ it's three thousand years later and those those mountains aren't producing any more fruit and another one is when Jesus spoke to the fake tree you guys remember that it was he said you will know you this this tree will no longer produce fruit you know and then they went on and when there coming back Peters pointed at the tree it was dead and he's like Jesus look this is the tree that you cursed Jesus did you know say that the tree was not gonna produce fruit and it died so those are like two biblical examples that prove you know because that's some people sometimes say oh it's psychologists that say your words have power but you know there are there are biblical examples that show us that our words even words of a king and Jesus himself were you know even though it was negative it was a curse but it still you know came into effect so who else wanted to praising praising glory to the Lord Jesus Christ King of Kings Jesus came on this earth he came in the flesh and he overcame the flesh not in his own strength but with the power of God and we are children of God and we could overcome all flesh and all sin in the name of Jesus Christ and I see and I could say I could I see God's glory working in my life every day and I've came a long ways and I give all praise to Jesus and what I could say in my life what people ask me like how are you doing and I tell them with God I'm doing great and something I noticed is really how I separate myself from from this world and I remember when I was I'm 23 now about four years ago when I was around 19 or 20 opened up to a spot randomly and to this day still touches my heart at second corinthians verse 17 it says therefore go go out from among their midst and be separate says the Lord and touch no unclean thing and I will welcome you and you and will be a father to you and you shall be sons and daughters to me says the Lord Almighty and as children of God we're supposed to separate ourselves separate ourselves from this world separate ourselves from the darkness of this age and separate ourselves and come to the light another great spot is John chapter 12 verse 46 jesus said I have come into this world as light that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness anyone who hears my words does not keep them i do not judge them for i did not come to judge this world but to save the world in 1st john 1 John verse 5 chapter 1 verse 5 it says this is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you that God is light and in him there is no darkness at all if us being children of God are in the light the Bible clearly says there's no darkness so we should ask ourselves maybe there's parts in our lives that we could clean out and make more pleasing to God what are we still taking what are we still doing flirting with this world or flirting with anything that's not of God we should separate ourselves from the darkness and come to Jesus if we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness we lie and we do not practice the truth but if we walk in light as he is the light we have fellowship with one another in the blood of Jesus his son cleanses us from all sin the name of Jesus Christ is above all names and that that blood is precious to wash out all of our iniquities all of our transgressions when we come to him if we say we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness if we say we have not sinned we make him a liar and the word is not in us I want to turn a prayer and I want us to come to God with an open heart and confess all of our own wrongs and come to Jesus wholeheartedly and ask him to wash this clean with the blood of Jesus Christ and come towards the light and do this daily and practice the as Christians and in fact we should be examples to this world by being the light as the Word of God says so let's just come to God and open up our hearts Amen father Lord my god we stand before you Lord as as children of God God we ask you to accept this in the name of Jesus Christ accept our prayer accept their praise that we give to you father so you and washes clean our minds our hearts and our soul with the precious blood of the Lamb Jesus Christ God we give you glory and praise Jesus for you overcame the flesh and you died on that cross taking our sins upon you that we could be acceptable in your eyes god I asked in the name of Jesus Christ that you helped us out they help us separate ourselves from this world and from the darkness and come to you God they help us stay in your word that you help us stay in prayer God and we could have your anointing and be disciples Lord and live according to live according to your word word in the name of the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit amen dad's advice glad to see everyone here today and like that I would say well it's actually got a lot bigger I remember I was saying was such a small when you have English services Oh congratulations seem like praise praise God it seems like it was just yesterday we started but I just got ashore under five minutes the mone of today was I mean I was always invited to go to nursing home who's been to nursing home please raise your hand who's been in a nursing home before oh wow well I'm you know I was gonna encourage everyone to come out but I see that everybody's been there come on Sunday morning well I will have I haven't showed up to that so I can't go what do you mean something more like our service or like earlier 10:30 Sunday morning yeah if you haven't I see some faces if you want if you like what's going on here Sunday mornings a little bit different but God's still there and it's all important what oh I'm doing it the wrong way so so I was I was able to go to you know nursing home ministry and I mean yeah like I said you know you're always invited you're always invited but to be honest just like the Word of God said you know our fight is not against the flesh it's against spirit and I mean I don't know how to analyze it but you know I've always been invited but there's always that some like nagging thing like I don't want to do it you know like I don't want to go I don't want to like for some reason you get like get lazy in life in a sense like we have so many some like people will ask like hey are you a missionary and you're like no I don't have the money to go overseas and everything but to be a missionary literally straight downtown tarpon I went there and I was a missionary just today and I didn't have to buy no plane ticket and it was amazing and what I was getting at was you know God says that he blesses those who are obedient and I remember yeah your painting came up to me and he grabbed my robot friend said you're coming no he didn't say that but he said yo he said please you know come to nursing home ministry and I was like yeah you don't think about it I was like okay I've been invited so many times and then Ellen was like so she went a step further I guess she got it from my dad I heard I don't know she's like what are you gonna be sharing a nursing home ministry today I was like I think I don't know if I'm going and then she said well God speaking to you you know if you heard it twice I was like when someone tells you that you know they're on to something and I'm just like man and I'm leaving I was like with my dad and he's like so you're going in nursing home ministries right and I was like it's over it's over I'm going so I ended up going there and like I said God really blesses those who are obedient and I went there and it's so blessing to see like if you go on a missionary service I mean a missionary trip you go to overseas and whatnot or any other trip like tracts you know you hand a person to track you might get like a might get a frown or something cuz people are convicted right and you get that frown and they're not really feeling it but you don't really see the fruits of your labor right but going to nursing school ministries I just encouraging everyone who was you know I saw a lot of hands but not everybody was there and I'm one to talk because I can't wait to give this speech and see if I'm gonna go next week but while I have you know this this fire for I'd like to encourage everybody to continue to go because while I was there I was so like immersed in like you know that happiness you know in the sense of you see yourself like doing something where people are infected immediately right you're blessed like you given that fruit of reward immediately you see the people they're so happy they're so thankful I mean like I said I was just obedient to God's Word I went there you know and afterwards this one lady she a young girl you know she that's what I told her it's like you know like being so nice to them you know you're always trying to say good things so I was like you know talking with her and we were talking talking she's just telling me and it's just so like it's such a humbling place to go because you know we just as like in life you well if you think this is a right you think you you have a family you build the house and everything and you just you're thinking you're gonna live forever but you know where the Bible says you know the house of sorrow is a house where you be blessed in the sense of you remind yourself that this is not our life right and going there seeing all of these people that are you know like on the brink of you know eternity crossing over that line you kind of look at your own life I'm just so excited to do everything like like I wanted in life in the sense like a it hugs me up in the sense like man like life's short you know you really got to strive and do everything you can while you can and like looking at and spiritually speaking - it's like just a reminder that we are as we live here on earth it's very temporary if you look at the timeline of eternity and it's something our has never wrapped because we've lived our whole lives you know our physical lives what day is this long and this and that but eternity is I don't know if I haven't even wrapped my head around it you know and then the sense of it's a really good encouragement to go there for so many reasons I mean I was by Toby and his message he was preaching to the older people but I was sitting there listening like man it was to me you know and if that's how it is in ministry like you think you're serving others but in fact you're serving yourself and so go into the blessing part back to the blessing part you know I was obedient heard the voice three times and I'm talking with this lady her name was Paula meadows and she's like and it's it's a very like old-school feeling she's like yeah the city's got so big she's like I live on in his drive and she's like come visit me I think I have my name still out on the mailbox so you know I'm just like thank you man and his Drive I don't know how long is she like she didn't give me an address she just said you know it's like old school mentality it's like a preacher nighttime you'll see on the on the mailbox you'll see my name so I started talking to her a little more and a little more and you know she's just those people is such a blessing because you know be like King Solomon he could have asked for anything and what he asked for was wisdom and you know in the sense when you hang out with the older generation the amount of knowledge and information they can give you is money can never buy I mean even more suggest their blessing so I was just talking to her you know I was just you know interested in who she was just asked her a few questions next thing you know she's telling me I have three daughters and I was like oh really and I said I said are they are they cute are they beautiful she said well I think so I said well I'll be there Monday so I mean like in the sense you you when you're obedient to God he blesses you in in many ways but I just wanted to I guess it's kind of funny but I wanted to encourage everyone that nursing home ministries you guys can make sure this is a good thing that I'm up here cuz you know you can come ask me when I if I don't show up and be like hey you know you gave that nice warm speech hahaha now you're not going to nurse no ministries but it's to keep each other in check you know because like I said at the end of the day it's a very big spiritual battle right like we have all these opportunities to minister and it didn't take anything of my time I even got invited to the secret party and you paid this house that you can only go to if you go to nursing home it it was a great fellowship it's all around it's just a blessing to serve God and you're surrounded with this family you know you feel a little closer we're talking about you know just like you just you feel more more loved in the sense like you're a part of something bigger you know we can live our lives live do whatever we want they have like Sundays you know you can go anywhere you'd like but when you actually take the time and serve God I'm just I said back and I can't wait to see what what doors God can open with that and you don't do it for that it's just it's a part that comes with it it's a part that people all the generations tell you that you know spend time with them because they are we are gonna be in that sea to one day right and it's like you were listening I was listening to her saying she had she was saying how brothers and who comes to visit her and it's such just like a pagina kind of moment like start thinking about like man where am I going to be what kind of life am i creating because if you live on you look for yourself you know do all the things you want to do and not live for others you're gonna turn around an old age nobody's commute around with you so I mean few things to take away from what I was saying first things first blessing comes from that you know serving God it didn't take much so I can think seconds same thing blessing blessing blessing that's uh that's a good recap but yeah praise God is a great ministry I'm very thankful for dad you betta and his team and everybody who continues that cereal you know who continues to press on because those people some of the I just you know you were talking about the Holy Spirit Nick my torch was and this this man was just in tears you could see like you know he was just being touched and it's like you know it's it's amazing thing to see God working and that's definitely place where God's working and just encourage everyone Thank You Ben thank you for keeping sure that's my son if you don't know and I was like Ben you're going to Norse in home ministry he said no dad I said it's a third voice he was hurt today on the parking lot I said no you're gone the Pater called you go up and just support them he said listen I'm involved in a lot of different ministry Sunday school missionary go to school to Jacksonville about to go to camp and all that stuff I said listen the people in the church they need you go with them he said no I have a fish from last night they was you know shooting fish it's still in the cooler I said Ben I will clean the fish just go my hands he'll smell it so and he said okay I'm going when I try to say and as a God provide everything for us and today is a special day we pray and we wanna we wanna more of Jesus one or more the Holy Spirit and as we have today like night going drew would like to introduce we have a few people today new who is the first time I guess Taurasi will go to the court in a minute while the worship team maybe we'll have a 1 Shawn we're gonna worship and we would like to introduce the two brothers who is with us today brother bill and brother Eden did I say right Eden Eden thank you and a brother bill he will he will speak today and let's just you know whatever was a worshipping and I hear their stories I feel like Holy Spirit like tapping in to the direction of that something would she prepare for us tonight and I wanna I want to keep that I want to know I wanna you don't want your phone you swim in the stream you feel that curtain is taking you right you feel like it's on the left side you just want to be in the current that's in the spirit I want to stay with the spirit tonight I would like to get with just whatever may be warship one warships on and then we'll just to knob to receive the gods what prepared for us brother bill and let's just continue to seek the face of God and brother trust he will he will tell us a few things about in the meantime so we as the worship song will be playing we worshiping will those of you that don't know my dad was fasting and praying one week and he was at the gym in a jacuzzi and brother bill just began prophesying to him and answering many of the questions that dad was praying about so that is how we came to know brother bill and he has a you know been a tremendous impact on a lot of the people that are amongst us today and we are ready to see what he has in store for us today giving pray Church I mean oh god is awesome I know God is awesome in this place I know God is awesome in this place I'm better I come with an expectancy today so we're not just going to teach about Pentecost we're going to experience Pentecost it's time to experience a reality of God's Word we hear a lot of work but tonight we're going to experience God's Word we're going to have the Holy Ghost counter in this place you lift your vision higher tonight jerk you have a great expectation tonight God's about to do some great things in here I'm gonna believe in four great things tonight how come expecting tonight amen praise God because you come expecting you're going to receive but you're going to experience a reality of God's Word I just hear the word I'm not just going to preach the word but work allow the Holy Spirit to activate in this room to shift you to change you to realign you to position you for the nation before you what God's about to do I will wrap it too just falls out she's in a bathroom she's out blood pressures way down her breathing stopped they had a nurse they had all the stuff nothing was happening and also this nurse that was sitting with me he looks at me he says you need to come in the bathroom this is not good they're going to turn the plane around this is not good you need to get there he wanted to get out of there I said Oh Lord now am I going to do so I went into the bathroom and Jesus Dave I just took her hand I said in Jesus name be healed and all of a sudden the blood pressure came back her breathing came back she came back and she says wow before I passed out I asked Jesus it sends somebody to pray for me and he's now telling you this there was a reverend fear to hit the airplane nobody talked for 30 minutes the fear of God got back into America they were so fearful of that anointing they've never seen it they'd never going to see it in the church unless we agree sit in the church and a fearful on the airplane but thirty minutes it was silence it's the most eerie feeling in all your life this sit there for 30 minutes and nobody talked they're all looking at each other looking at her completely healed the pilot walks out he looks at me and walks back in the top bed like what just happened I just turned this plane around dude what does happen here you know we got a lady out she's on the ground and now she's in the seat smiling laughing what's happened around here but he never expressed it it jacked him up was he gonna tell on his report you buddy does a report what are you gonna read he can't explain that I don't know what happened I turned the plane around imma turn the plane around again but she there's a fear gonna be a reverent fear in a nation you will not be fearful you will not be intimidated you will not stop until the fulfillment of the promise that he promised you comes to pass you're a dreamer and God's a dreamer dream on I put those dreams in you I put that word in you about what John said you must be what repent amen teachers don't teach about repentance anymore but John said repent and be baptized and then what happened after all that the Holy Ghost came amen so now if you started getting a spit of repentance things change well they get radical see we got we don't know where our minds wander sometimes we go out to lunch but see if we're gonna learn what it is to get them before the holy God so you have a precious gift you have a gift of compassion in you you feel the hearts of people around you and it touches you and you and you weep sometimes like what's
