p ch d for amen [Music] for go [Music] [Music] [Music] foree foreign [Music] speee [Music] foree fore [Music] [Music] fore [Music] [Music] [Music] fore [Music] praise be to our lord for his resurrection and that he raised all of us to a new life happy and full of joy and there is no better life than be him and this is why we gathered together in the Lord's house but God himself is present with his holy spirit Among Us because we live by him we walk by him and We Exist by him and he's providing everything that we need for our life and righteousness that we would follow him and always have constantly our eyes on him a few years back I read this article when one person was being praised by certain actions and the fact was that in our area where we live there was two teenagers and during summer vacation they decided is to take a kayak and uh swim towards the island here they were doing this frequently and when parents went to work then have this thought to go and start go fishing again and in the afternoon come back home they followed that they first arrived to the Island it was a small [Music] island they caught some fish and they made a decision to come back in the afternoon back home and here they realized that their kayak is full of water they didn't realize that they were they um broke the the bottom the kayak by uh getting on a rock and they didn't know what to do [Music] next there was other big boats that were passing in the nearby they were going in where the deep water is and when they were screaming for help nobody would see him or hear them and finally to the evening there was a smaller boat that was traveling closer to the island they were waving hands with sticks and screaming at them and they were noticed and this man would take them uh take him on the on on the board of his boat and they were able to arrive towards the coast he brought him not to the place where originally they departed but he was traveling where he needed to travel towards his Direction and it turns out that these young men they were 20 miles off track but this man did not leave them alone he did not tell him you know I saved you enough of me do whatever you one to do next he bought him some food bought him fed him some water he gave him some money for they can call his their parents because back then there was of course there was no cell phones he was nearby making sure that they were able to reach their parents on the phone and parents were able to confirm that they will come and pick them up and then he said now wait for your parents and if you have any questions I'm going to be washing my boat in the nearby so you can just come and ask and I'm thinking to myself our dear Lord he saved us and he continues to care for us he continues to provide us with his living water he provides his Heavenly bread because he cares for us and he want for us to cry out to him when we pray because he hears our prayers sometimes we need to pray more it is written that Jesus Christ while living here on Earth he brought the prayers and and and and and and and asking of the father cried out to the one who could save him from the death with great cry and tears and he was heard for his fear before the Lord and our Lord he wants the same thing for every one of us to carry our life in fear of the Lord and He will be hearing our prayer he be hearing our cry out our tears before him because a heavenly [Music] father and we read this very famous verse in John 3:16 that God loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life and we call this verse that it contains the entire gospel in one verse it talks about his great love about his grace about faith to our father and eternal life and I dear Lord he wants us to think about it that we would come to him in prayer and we would give thanks for his grace that he gave himself a away for us us and there is something great that is being uh hidden behind it that he gave himself for us and when we read the word of God this great love of God is being uh displayed or um announced to us and in Romans 4: 25 you read the following vers verse he was delivered over the death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification it is written here that he was delivered over our over to death for our sins this word is really makes us to think even deeper about the love of God towards us in Romans 58 it says God loved us so much that he died for us that he proved his love toward towards us when he died for us while we were still Sinners he was delivered he died for us but the question is how did he die because people die in different death in First Corinthians we read that he died by the uh The Way It Was Written The Way It Was Written in the word of God about him that the God's word would come would would be fulfilled that he will die as a lamb of of God in the Gospel of Luke we read in ver in chapter 4 that Jesus when he came to Nazareth when he read the word of God and he started to preach but people Bible says rejected him they did not accept that word and he says they will took him up on the hill where the city was built and they wanted to throw him down but it didn't happen because it would not be by the word of God but the way he died we read a lot in the word of God about [Music] it and in Isaiah 53:3 we read the following that he was despised and people rejected that he was familiar with pain and suffering and we uh uh we despised him and we uh we held him in low esteem but in reality he took our troubles and our our burdens on himself but we were thinking that he uh he wounded him and he beat him and then a prophet Isaiah he continues but he was wounded for our sins and he was suffering for our transgressions and the punishment for all the mankind fell on him and by his wounds we are healed and the prophet continues that we all were one we were um lost as sheep everyone walking their own way and he put all the uh uh um all the Judgment for all of us on himself and I would like to point out what does it really mean to walk in its own way we see that the nation of Israel were not obedient to God or his word everyone was taking their own path not even thinking about the Gentiles but the Lord he's saying it is it is transgression it is guilt before him because the person should be walking the road of Life the one that God has directed us all to walk on and he put all this punishment on Jesus Christ himself and it says he was taken to be uh to be um uh to be judged but he did not uh talk back but the question is what kind of judgment um there could be different type of um dop judgment you know when you are being investigated and you've been tested they ask you for for some time and then let you go but with Jesus Christ it was different and in Psalm 1293 it says that on my back the the the plowers were plowing the the the the uh the land and they will Le those those uh those uh those stripes behind them he was beaten he was he was punished for our [Music] sins in Isaiah 50 verse 56 there's another moment that's being described there he says I given my back to be beaten I gave my my face for for those that would rip my beard and my face would not turn away from people who were spitting on me this is how it's been uh Jesus was questioned he was uh beaten and he was a uh and it's written that he was uh taken as a lamb that is about to be um uh sacrificed and just like the lamb before they been um uh getting its its haircut Jesus himself he did not he did not open his lips and Apostle Peter he talks about it that he committed no sin and there was no uh um uh there was no double uh did not know something and when he was being uh curse he did not curse back and while suffering he did not uh threaten anyone but he handed everything into the hands of the just judge in Isaiah 52:4 he says it it it talks how this questioning ended how this suffering ended that man you were aall looking at him that he was disfigure be beyond that of any human being and his form mered Beyond human likeness and all that he was endured for you and me committing and being completely committing nothing and being innocent who fulfilled the entire will of of of the father he became this sacrifice for you and me and then Jesus he received this this this this uh sacrifice when he received this sacrifice he raised him from the dead for our justification that we would be removed of this sin of Adam to pronounce Us free Justified it is written everyone has sin and he is does not deserve the the glory of God the punishment for sin is death but gift of the father is eternal life with him and by his great grace we receive this gift of of of the Lord this eternal life in him that the kingdom of God can be within us it is so important to remember this gift that we were given Apostle Paul to Timothy he writes the following remember the Lord Jesus the um the an of whose whose father is David that was raised from the dead by my gospel about my uh good news remember the Lord because we leave live by him alone and I would like to leave this very important passage that is written in to Romans chapter 8 you know every single word is important that it's written because it is written the the the word of God is being um inspired by the Holy by God himself that the the the the word of God is given to teach us is to correct us is to to guide us is to to parent Us in righteousness because it's been inspired by God himself and we many times like to quote these scriptures because they remind us they they they guide us is have to lead a life in this by living here Earth in order for us to reach this eternity many times they're being reminded by the last words of Jesus Christ when he ended with the words in the uh um Sermon on the Mount is the one who hears those words and and acts on them he will be like a man who is a wise one who build his house on the rock and no storm will be able to knock it down and it's being reminded often to us and it's great that we reminded this and it be frequently being reminded by the parable of five wise and unwise women five wise and five unwise and we hear a lot sermons on this on this Parable preachers explain from all kinds of different angles this story but the point is one that we would not be um careless and and relaxed and by spending and living Our Lives but take us salvation seriously because the the last time is very uh near and we do not know when our father when our heavenly father will come and have we being reminded by the parable of sowing and reaping that when we hear this word of God that it will not be stolen from us that those uh circumstances of a daily life they would not uh you know overcome us that we would have deep roots and we would be this good soil and all of the things that I mentioned about they are very important for us and I would put this Romans uh verse that is written in chapter 8 of Romans on the same level with those uh important points that I just mentioned it's going to be chapter 8 verse 11 Romans [Music] and the question is this spirit that lives where does he live the question mark that Bible says that he would raise us from the dead he will give life into us by his Spirit but where does his Spirit live maybe it's going to be somewhere where it's not be easily accessible or maybe with with somewhere with archangels but what's important to point out it's that spirit that lives in you if he does not live in us then it turns out our our spiritual home is built on a sand it turns out we are lacking the the store of this oil and the doors before us will close then it turns out that this world will overcome us but the word of God is reminding us that you will be lifted up you will be resurrected by that spirit that lives in you and brother recently preached about this that this Spirit it is the spirit of prayer it is the spirit of this fellowship with Heavenly Father it is this Spirit of of humbleness it is that Spirit to drive us into the the Gathering of Believers to hear his word oh how important is for us to focus our attention that the Holy Spirit would testify our spirit that we are his children because these five wise regardless how badly they wanted to enter into this celebration they couldn't you know one time a judge visited our school he says I'm not judging you but the law is judging it's the word and it's the law that is actually judging people and it says I myself would never uh go about the law and when I'm would judge to the those criminals I would only judge the things what the J the law required me he says I never feared those criminals that maybe one time when they are finally free that they will somehow pay me back and there were moments where I would meet those people those criminals on Street in the dark corners and streets and they never heard me because they knew it's the word it's the law that is written and Jesus said I did not come to judge I came to save but my word will judge you and I'm thinking to myself when we going to be lacking this Spirit Holy Spirit in us we will not be able to offer any uh objections before the Lord because the word of God says when the spirit was going to live in you then you will be lifted up you will be resurrected to meet Jesus Christ and I would like to invite us in this prayer to to give praise to our lord for the Salvation that we have in him for the word of reminding uh that is he sending for us that this word would encourage us as the brother before me mentioned that before us this this free entrance into his kingdom will open up before us and let's give give praise to the Lord that we have this freedom to gather together in his name that he is speaking to us his words and he's faithful with his promises said I will never leave you nor forsake you but when it comes to us we will be following his steps we always seek his face we will always look at his life and fulfill his will in our Liv and may God's blessing and his anointing always be over us may your name be glorified for [Music] [Music] [Music] for [Music] [Music] amow let's say together glory to Jesus Christ and today this evening I want to share on a topic and the theme is called God and his bride and this will be on the example of Israel and mostly it's going to be based out of the Prophet Jeremiah and we're going to start from chapter two we're going to read the first seven verses so follow along for for for and then we're also going to read God he rebukes nation of Israel because they left the god of their fathers and Israel started to follow idols and even as Jeremiah wrote that God he torn apart the Captivity that Israel was [Music] in and Israel was speaking before God we will not serve the idols but nonetheless they still worship idols on every Hill and beneath every tree and it's something similar right that we say we won't do it but we continue and continue and disregarding their falling away the God continues to love him and through the Prophet Jeremiah he continues to call them to himself he says turn to me come to me turn away from your evil ways once again come to me and he said this to them constantly but they didn't do this and disregarding this gentle call from God to his people to his bride as he called them of course we recall the first love of Israel in scripture especially in the New Testament it reminds us of the first love Christians ought to remember in Chapter 3: 13 He says these very wonderful words as he calls them to himself he says only acknowledge your iniquity your transgression because you have transgressed against your lord and you have scattered your favors to strangers under every Green Tree and you have not obeyed my voice says the Lord verse 22 it says by the Holy Spirit he says return oh faithless Sons I Will Heal Your faithlessness and from the other perspective the Holy Spirit calls us and and we reply behold we come to you for you are the Lord Our God and it continues with confessions that we forgot about you Lord I'm not saying that all of Israel has stepped aside from God but I'm saying that the majority were saying their confessions and coming back to God and we know the Prophet Elijah he was discouraged at the nation of Israel and they said I alone am left who did not bow to the idols but when he was in the mountain God he gave him Comfort something the prophet did not know he says you're not the only one there are 7,000 men that did not bow to the idols they did not kiss theid it means that their families as well were following this and this is great comfort for the prophet because he thought I was alone glory to God that there was many people and today in the church that fear the lord that walk behind God you know when Israel made an idol during the time Moses was in a mountain about 40 days over a month they made an idol they sing songs they even brought sacrifices to this Idol that they were rejoicing and they said this this is the god that led us out of Egypt and this is what they did can you imagine only 40 days went by and Moses came back and he saw this he broke these two valuable stones with the Commandments of God and he says who is God to me and all of the Lites and all the tribe of levite all the Levites came to Moses and they were standing near him and that's why this tribe was chosen to be the Levites you know something happens not just because everything is predetermined and has its reasons who is the Lord's who who fears God and Apostle Paul says look at those who see our example because there are other people in the church and nation of Israel that had a different example to show and people look there there and who do who do we look at those who have the image of Jesus glory to [Music] God and we're going to go uh through the seven chapters so we're going to go to chapter four and we're going to read verses 1 through 4 follow along we heard today about free will you know they said as long as the Lord lives but they said it hypocritically that even gentiles would glorify the god of Israel and it says Those Who boast let them boast in the Lord and we see and we read here that God he turns to the heart of the people living in Judah because as Jesus said from the heart comes forth good and evil thoughts and that's why it says above all guard your heart because it is the source of where comes from life and God especially pays attention to the heart of his people and he compares the heart houses to land to to Earth the the ground where different seeds was falling and the Holy Spirit through the Prophet Jeremiah he Compares them to land with with fields and these fields will grow whatever you s and God says so that you wouldn't sew among the Thorns but among the good ground where the wheat is and he Compares it to land he says cut off the land and whatever is I guess cut off it flops to the ground in the same way whatever is in the heart whatever is evil has to be cut off and flopped and thrown into the ground and in this way you will create and be good ground and then you will bring forth much fruit focus and as I said that God he pays a particular amount of focus or attention and he shines his light and he draws much Focus to the heart of man that you have to wash from all evil as I said you have to circumcise it and it has to be as good ground to be prepared for good sewing you know are we today are we ready to receive how do you receive this word Christ says watch how you listen Christ when he preached he was sewing his word and he says listen how is your heart how do you listen what is your ground and that's why in verse 14 of chapter 4 and we're going to read it says it says wash your heart from Evil oh Jerusalem that you may be saved how long will your wicked thoughts Lodge within you you know when this happens when our heart is washed from this dirt our hearts then Israel will receive salvation and this happens through repentance before this it says that the enemies have gathered around Jerusalem in order to destroy it and this is already the symptom of their falling away and not everything is the cause from sin the effect of sin but lots of sicknesses lots of problems are because of the effect of sin and a person can't receive healing because there's no repentance in Christ he spoke about this he says remember you were healed 38 years this person was sick go and no longer sin so that nothing worse may happen to you there was a a paralyzed man that was brought forth before Jesus Through the ceiling in the roof and in order for him to receive healing Christ uh specifically said something else your sins are are forgiven well you know the Pharisees that got angry what do you mean since this is healing because sin was the reason this person was paralyzed and then he said get up and go that's you and I brother and sisters we have to watch over our hearts open up to verse 18 maybe these sicknesses or these situations in your life your ways and your Deeds have brought these things to you this is your evil how bitter how it has touched your heart you know this bitterness this evil this tension comes to a heart that's unrepented and that's why God as a doctor has a diagnos uh diagnosis on a situation and as we go to jermiah 5:23 why did all these things follow them some people were killed their kids were taken to captivity and murder these are serious things why and it says you see you know it's not always like this but it's in the Bible and it does happen it was in the old and in the New Testament that the heart of the people of God they became so rebellious that it became um a rebellious heart and a stubborn [Music] heart now imagine a condition where the heart has to repent but it's a rebellious heart it's a stubborn heart that the people they were suffering and this tension came to the very heart and when this came to a stubborn heart of theirs and all of a sudden a prayer came forth from this heart that never came before and the men of God were covering themel with ashes and crying before him and when God saw this repentance he worthy repents God removed the enemies he would heal the people glory to Jesus do you believe this this is scripture say amen glory to God yes as it says that God he cures and treats the wounds and there's reasons for this he allows pain to happen but he also is the one who cures them when there's a surgery going on they have to make an incision they have to open and it's painful and now there's anesthesia but back then they would put something in the mouth so that you would save your teeth but we see that God he is he is a surgeon he's a doctor he's a surgeon of our hearts glory to him yeah you can treat this and you can cut away this in surgery but God is the only one who can treat the heart this surgery the Holy Spirit does when we repent and in order to get to this state of repentance pain has to be you have to go through pain in order for a person to finally start crying out to God you know there's many examples in an Old Testament new and you probably know from your own life and you can probably remember this King manio he did so much evil and when he finally ended up in this prison and instead of a soft bed and nice food he was served as harsh food harsh conditions and it led him to repentance and then God said return let him return and they took him back what does repentance do glory to Jesus that God commands all people including Christians to repent Hallelujah glory to Jesus and as I said this diagnosis is a stubborn and a rebellious heart I'm a Christian I don't have a stubborn heart or rebellious maybe this is a very basic example but we have this B B it at home oh a cat cat that when you pet it it's nice but opposite way when you okay when you pet it the opposite way it's G to it's going to show you what it's about and the same could be with people that if you pet them nice you say nice words but once you go the opposite way of what they're used to you'll hear their words in chapter six of Jeremiah we're going to read two verses 16 and 17 and we're going to see this condition for this is the recipe that God gives but they said we will not walk in it God offers them healing and medicine so that they would have rest in their souls Christ offers himself says come to me all those who are weary and heavy L I will give you rest but they said we will not walk in it we will not go as the Bible says in the next verse we will not listen they said we will not walk in it we will not listen this is a rebellious and a stubborn [Music] heart and God says I want to take this heart and I want it to be circumcised so that it would be a good ground from my word so when I speak you will respond saying we will go we will do this we will listen all of your warnings because you are a good god amen amen let us check our hearts everyone inspect and analyze their hearts everyone watches over their own hearts is this is this does not does this not resemble the modern hearts of Christians that has fallen into the anet of sin and they fill themselves with all fleshly desires and their hearts become as Stone in the New Testament we see Jesus calls his church to repentance to Cleansing this from all the lust of the Flesh and of the of the body you know there's sins of the Flesh and there's sins of the spirit and God wants us to have complete cleansing this from all lusts so that we would be holy and clean so that our heart would be holy and clean in his love so that we would never have a stubborn or hard heart when he speaks to us through his holy spirit through his word but we would humble ourselves under his mighty hand Amen brother amen this is the greatest thing we can have in our life God knows us he knows what we need how we act our conditions will but as a good doctor he came to treat us and as we already heard today that God so loved the world that he gave his son you know years went by uh after Jeremiah spoke this word and now we walk in the New Testament as we turn to Acts chapter 7 and Steven filled with the Holy Spirit in the same way Jeremiah Was chapter 7 verse 51 and he says these words and look it's a new generation but it seems like nothing has changed the heart is not circumcised their ears are not circumcised we don't want to listen we don't want to receive we won't go and God he sends his son here he asked which one of the prophets did your fathers not persecute they killed those who had previously announced the coming of the righteous one whose betrayers and murderers you have now become you know we're going to be praying dear church and I want us to seriously turn to our spiritual condition I heard uh that a doctor came into a room of of my relative and he gave his diagnosis and he said very strictly this is very serious if a doctor says these words and he understands you have to turn to this very seriously and especially when God speaks to us how we have to turn to this with full seriousness with full respect because this isn't just speaking about us it's not that we just speak to one another and pray for one another and I won't forget an incident in my own life it's always as a photograph before my eyes it was about 15 years ago and I was working as a driver of a bus and there I worked for many years oh another person that worked there many years he was relatively Young and there where the Scientologist are there's a bus station where many buses stop and I remember when I parked there I went there there's a room for drivers and there was a one driver there and they told me this person is dying his kidneys are are failing and other organs are starting to fail that he was still working he was holding on to life he had to pay his bills and I remember when I entered there's people sitting someone's eating and he knew that I was a Believer and at at a moment I looked at him he looked at me and I never in my life ever seen before his glance or a glance like this then when he looked at me in his glance he had many hundreds of questions to me you know even though maybe I didn't know perfect English but I still regret had to share Christ to him his glance was telling me I need an answer you have the answer tell it to me in a short time went by and he died and I still remember I always remember and a scripture came to me and I'm going to end on this you know we probably also suffer we heard about the nation of Israel we also suffer but our suffering is totally different let's open to Romans 87 for for you know people in this world they look at us and they see us and they await this word because they have no other hope but they await from the people of God tell me a word give me a revelation maybe just a few phrases of Christ but may it give me hope all creation groans and waits for the Revelation that you and I are speaking about today because they also will be resurrected and scripture scripture says everyone will resurrect it's not talking about cats or dogs it talks about people it says all creation will finally be um they will see the glory of the children of God and we have this calling to share this revelation of God maybe it could be at a moment where you don't expect it like to me and after that moment I never let an opportunity down to share about Jesus maybe tomorrow you're going to beet a neighbor a friend someone who's going to look at you with desperation maybe not fully understanding but feeling you have an answer for him this is our calling here on Earth this is our life on Earth yes we go to work we go to school we go somewhere else but the most important goal God wants for you and for me to be sharers of the supernatural uh perfume uh AR Romance the smell of Christ and it's a very pleasing smell and it calls and it draws people to to it's a lifegiving smell maybe some people don't want to but many people await for this let us let us remember this let us check our own hearts are we filled with this valuable uh Ro arom Aroma are we filled with this Revelation if we're filled then we will share with others amen amen amen and amen glory to God we're going to stand up and we're going to pray we're going to thank God because he is our Lord CU he opened up to us hallelujah Allelujah hallelujah hallelujah for Hallelujah for Hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah sin amen for amen not b foras boroski me for to for for am
