Billy Graham was invited to a graduation and he spoke to the students with the following words he says I'm going to give you three advice the second one prayer and the third advice is [Music] she will be sharing how the the the the power of prayer move career in church or faster because also her personally in the ministry that she does and we are glad to see her with us you know it was wonderful that we were able to spend a year and a half together in warsaws [Music] their church and uh sister Vera they did a lot of great work for the refugees from Ukraine you know she started her Ministry in sakhalin Russia and then continually she will share more and I would like to invite her please come on now she has another gold to herself for herself is to learn Ukrainian so in a year when she comes back we'll we'll be able to see how she's doing Hallelujah hallelujah halleluia hallelujah loves you he loves me visit in it's very good I'm very glad to see it's a big privilege for me to stand in this place [Music] and it's the reason why I'm here is because I believe in my mighty God because he is my father he is my savior he is the Lord of my life I met Jesus and my life was transformed completely and when I begin to pray I did not know what the prayer is all about and bogg started to speak to me through prayer [Music] and what's interesting I found my life and I found my life in Jesus Christ my name is God gave me a word that the the righteous will live by faith [Music] you know I asked God to to have a name that is going to be easy for the people that I'm going to be ministering [Music] because there was a word that God gave me this faith when I came to church and Pastor David younger was preaching at the time and through his sermons I came to know Christ and I met him personally I see he was full of faith through the word God was healing people through the word God was delivering people through the word he was giving people life and I started to ask God lord I would like to have the same type of anointing in my life and God gave me today I'm going to be speaking about prayer uh in the first part I would like to share with you what what is prayer [Music] in the second part I would like to share the Practical examples of Faith about our church how we pray and what results I would like to share all of that with you um and first I would like to turn our attention to the word of God it is Book of Genesis it's about creation when God was creation the first chapter it's going to be Genesis chapter 1 26 27 and 28 three verses Genesis 1 20 26 27 28. simile [Music] yes and it's written here the word you might be asking to yourself why are we going to be reading from The Book of Genesis about prayer the Book of Genesis is a book of life but the prayer is the key to your problems you know if you pray to our Lord so their problems would go away from our life [Music] we all know it's the basic definition it is a conversation with god when we come to the Lord and we hear the gospel is we receive the truth that Jesus Jesus Christ is the Son of God and through repentance and receiving him we became the child of God in our life we begin a new life and that's where it begins our conversation and fellowship with the Lord being but God that is invisible people start to pray but they cannot hear at the beginning and sometimes they get discouraged and they don't know what to do next they study the word of God deeper and I was thinking to myself what's the problem and God spoke to me if they are praying to me they believe me the problem where it came from it came from sin and when you pray for the problems to go away in our life we need to deliver ourselves from from the from from the cause of those problems [Music] but we see those problems continue coming back on and off imagine in your homes there is a bad smell that's coming you start to clean your house wash everything and you might say to yourself everything seems to be clean but the smell is still there until the point that you find where this smell is coming from you will continue to clean and it's in this smell will not go away until you find the root cause resolve of our problems [Music] he completely delivered us from all our problems but if you believe in Jesus you are fully delivered from those problems from the curse the sickness and and death people believed and they Rejoice but then comes Sunday it's the following funded Sunday they would pray again they would come to church and say Lord have mercy every Sunday you say Lord please have mercy and God spoke I have showed the mercy yeah what are you doing with it where is your faith where did you lose that face Praise Him [Music] in order for us to be on prayer on time at five o'clock we have to leave our home at 4 A.M you know but in order for you to leave home at four o'clock you have to wake up at 3 30 and get ready then you might ask yourself when do you have time to sleep if you cannot wake up in the morning the evening comes 11 8 PM we would have a nice place and there's non-stopian 365 days a year an evening you don't want it and you need to pray without saying you need to come in the morning at night not your wife yes you know sleep in church don't go anywhere why do we need to pray is not to lose what you already received prayer helps us not to forget what we already received God has created man in his own image the being of the man is blessing and the Bible says that God has created men into his own image and it says and he blessed them we are blessed and the blessing is [Music] be fruitful and increase the number [Music] he gave us that we can multiply we can multiply in this joy in in this in this peace in our life we can multiply and become big increase in numbers we can Reign Over in in life [Music] but when Adam and Eve first people they did not listen to the word of God they lost what they had let's open up Genesis chapter 2 God has created men to be blessed it is the being of a man to be blessed and the bear needs to Reign if he needs to increase the number [Music] but there is another part of a of a uh God's creation it was law foreign [Music] foreign [Music] what this law means that God is the Lord of our life you are not God you are only his creation he is the creator you are his creations [Music] and he put this law in place [Music] that the man would realize that God is in charge everything is yours everything is in your own hands I give everything to you but there's one thing you need is to have faith and trust him is that is that I am your lord [Music] and you know we can see further explanation of that in chapter 3 Genesis chapter 3. in verse 5 it gives us clear explanation chapter 3 verse 5. yes and a sister you will eat from this tree of the knowledge of uh uh good and evil you will become like God you start to have your own understanding you start to just have your own disciples you you will have your own understanding of Good and Evil you will be like God yeah devil he will be tempting people and it was the fall of amen and this is where the problem happened in man this is what the root cause is because they were tempted to be like God and then later in this chapter 3 we read what are the consequences what is the later consequences of a fallen man and then in verse 15 chapter 3 verse 15 is a promise of God that Jesus will come and he will save us why do we need to trust Jesus because it's the will of God [Music] only Jesus is able to return us back to this original blessing only Jesus can destroy the problems in our life when Jesus became the Lord of our life [Music] this is where this is how we're able to return back and receive back the blessing that belongs to us [Music] when we have this desire to pray we need to remember who is the Lord of our life who is the Lord or in charge who's in charge of this world recognize that Jesus rules this world if we understand that God is the Lord of our life we can start to begin to that the problem will go away from my life you know we hear and explain how to get rid of certain problems in a certain manner but in reality Jesus already destroyed and removed the problems and would be explained to a child they have no understanding they want immediately to have this issue removed and they want to have those specific problems to go away from us [Music] you know for a young child the word doesn't necessarily affect them what's important to them is they [Music] what's important to them that they have chicken to eat did they have some toys to play with mama you know when but when they don't receive what they wanted or what they're expecting they think the world is flipped up slow down it's not gonna buy me this in the store there's I'm not going back I'm not gonna move and go anywhere further yes yes and there's some moms that says if you're going to continue to behave like that you will be reprimented but if you're going to continue to scream I will not buy ever this for you [Music] but there's another monster says okay you can have it this is maybe not beneficial for you this knife is not for you they have no understanding and God in his Supernatural away and he is protecting us and gives us exactly what we need yeah [Music] you know at the beginning I could not understand what's taking place in my life [Music] you know I had this understanding that God completely destroyed any kind of curses any kind of issues I strongly believe in that I was so full of joy I went home and open the door and my brother and he starts to beat me up and I went back to church gospel I said Lord and you you already said everything is removed everything you you said that if you blessed us I received you as my savior I believed in this where's the change in my life [Music] I started to cry and pray and he gives me hope he says I love you yeah that's why I gave my uh first born Jesus Christ I'm your father I'm protecting you yeah I believed it I go back home and it happens again I get beat up again and then I go back to church but what's interesting and you know that I I did not get tired of this being repeated in my life [Music] every time I would go back and have conversation with God God give me a different understanding [Music] God give me hope is you know why people perishable [Music] this is why people they beat themselves up because they have no hope they believe this life of suffering they're going through will never end and they let their hands down they really want to get delivered themselves from that feeling but when a man has hope in every situation and every problem they can overcome foreign [Music] [Music] of course I received this life of Joy only in Jesus Christ [Music] [Music] send me to the country where they have the poorest and and and and the poorest people where nobody wants to go the people could not even go there [Music] who would have able to maybe go to the similar experience that I had in mind I know because I've been through being poor myself I can go Sammy and God speaks to me I'm not going to send you to Africa and I say why yeah I'm not gonna send you to the poorest country and I ask why because that type of work do I am responsible for but not you native but this word that I received brought me so much joy yeah I wanted to give God my life I said it myself it was my decision Lord send me to the poorest place there is no books but God knows my disappointment in my life God knows the limit that I can uh reach too you know for God it's not important who goes there what's important is his will and it says you if you're gonna go there you will not be able to to uh because this being poor and going through these difficulties brought you a lot of sadness [Music] but if you're gonna continue to remain in this being poor in this suffering you will not be able to fully deliver to those people the richness of Christ because you yourself need to experience the richness of God in your own life foreign [Music] [Music] where you came from [Music] [Music] you know first when I started to learn Russian I realized maybe that's where God wants me to minister [Music] I was thinking I'm gonna spend my life in sacrament for the rest of my life but God sent me to ukrainians and then when I leave the the plane and go to the Customs they start asking me in Russian and from that moment I felt like I'm back home this is my homeland I only understood a couple of words but I could feel this is my home it is a miracle of God [Music] what I wanted to share with you [Music] we need to recognize what the root cause of our problem yes if we believe in Jesus [Music] we need to believe in what foreign but we need to think do you believe that God is mighty to do Miracles oh you believe that you would change and transformed in Jesus Christ what has more power in your life if you don't believe that God is mighty to do Miracles right now but you have this confidence that you are saved this is where you need to you know your faith always has to take it root cause from you being born again I'm in Jesus new believer in Jesus Christ for 30 years but every morning I prayed Lord You Are My Savior I give you praise for this day you are the Lord of my life you are guiding my life I remain in your hands Jesus now you live in my life now please guide me this is what the beginning is every time I pray with faith and I believe that that's will be so [Music] stupid you know many times people pray and say Lord Give Me Faith but you need to pray with faith you need Faith needs to be the foundation and through prayer this Faith multiplies has become bigger and greater but without the foundation of faith in prayer and sometimes we we stretch our minds with with our desires if you if we pray to have those problems removed from our life without faith it's it's not a prayer we know this well but there is many Believers that do in the following matter they every time they go to church and they speak to the Lord yes Lord if you're not gonna solve this I will not have faith how can you have this resolved in mind you said you love me why this taking place in my life [Music] and if until this deadline I'm not going to have this resolved yeah we do I'll go is it prayer every Sunday he would preach about one thing he would always remind us that we are the child of God that Jesus are saviors that Jesus has completed the words and then we started [Music] everything all right and miracles started to happen and people start to have this faith that Jesus can do these changes in our lives therefore the key for the resolve of our problems in our life it is Faith but faith comes from here in the word of God when you believe in the word of God yes his word already has the seed to this to to remove the issues the problem for my life and when we pray this Faith the seed starts to grow and multiply is God starts to speak to us more through his word and that's he we have more fellowship with him when we pray and faith that comes from the hearing it becomes the reality of our life without prayer we will not able to fully experience this closest with God when we hear the word of God and we receive this faith [Music] but we can't believe this year when I went back to Korea for a conference I met this one lady she's been a Believer for 40 years now [Music] in in a woman's benefits [Music] she is very very skinny she only had 28 pounds she looked very sick yes I asked her do you have some kind of sickness she was so disappointed I said No my only problem is is that I I need for my husband he is sick and he doesn't believe yes [Music] for 20 years I've been scaring him that you're gonna end up in hell and he doesn't believe and my husband he's about to pass away and it says those that believe that uh your you and your house will serve the Lord God needs to answer why my husband doesn't come to Christ please pray for my husband yes I look at her she has no joy yeah do you believe in Christ and she looks at me yes I'm being a Believer yeah I ask you but do you believe in Jesus but do you believe he saved you he forgave all your sins this news when you hear does it bring joy to your heart do you have joy in Jesus Christ and she looks at me [Music] did you live those 40 years with joy in Jesus Christ did your husband see and see you living in Joy Almighty think about it and she got so uh and when I'm speaking to her yesterday if you truly believe if we is and you truly enjoy and you you you happy with this news in Jesus Christ when he sees that in your life he also would like to have that for himself did you come to Christ by when somebody was scaring you that you're going to go to hell is that how you came yes it is if you don't come then you might end up in hell can you save people like that sometimes some people are say getting safe but most importantly this lady should realize what I'm talking about and then in a moment her eyes opened up and she says and for me it's like I'm hearing this for the first time I did not live he [Music] [Music] he saved you already deliver s and she left and just went back and you know in that moment I felt the voice of the Holy Spirit and he said you spoke to me it's a good job you see me I'm everywhere I'm present where people Rejoice because of me I'm among them I'm always protected I always give him my word but they can't but they can't see me sometimes they want to see only what's inside of them they're not seeking me any issues foreign you know when I pray I want these prayers to come true I see God where he works I ask a question Lord why are you sending me here I want to know Lord why are you sending me here I always seek yes and I always feel fine you know and through prayer we receive this confirmation that this is the god who's speaking to us people say I pray every day I prayed in the morning no maybe 10 minutes I believed in God and I believe everything is going to be fine but I see how they act on their own own strength and I tell those people devote a specific time for them it will be your prayer closet and you tell him your uh your your thoughts but at least for 20 minutes why 20 minutes because I tried in my personal life because for 20 minutes I keep receiving those different thoughts what you need to do next where you need to go or do something [Music] and I said Lord I start praying I want to have fellowship with you I would like to hear it but I'm not able to hear what from him I read the word of God I still do not understand I start to pray and I keep receiving those different thoughts in the name of Jesus Christ I tell those thoughts to go away foreign [Music] [Music] that what God has done I noticed that I don't pray for the things please help me with this or that in my life I I said the following now my prayer switches to the next gear where I say Lord I know you're with me I know that through me Lord you are bringing others to Salvation to me you will be healing other people everywhere that I go I'll be start doing and fulfilling your will every problem that might be on the way will will be removed [Music] to pray to worship and glorify him why it's like that in in my prayer life the foundation was faith and I always begin with it from the moment of my salvation you need to start from this salvation from the moment of your coming to Christ you need to understand remember that who are you you are the child of God what did Jesus do he forgave all my sins he gave us his tremendous Grace and mercies that we are finally able to regain back the blessing that we talked about in the Book of Genesis [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] this is why the foundation of our prayer needs to be from the moment of our salvation [Music] but the second thing we need to believe that Jesus he's done it all yes because if we do not have this when you ask him until the moment you uh when you when you're not sure that the problem will be resolved [Music] until you receive this answer you need to continue this is how our people in Korea we've been taught that way until you receive D sir you need to pray to pray three two hours three hours four hours and then if you spend time and you need to take a break and after a break you continue your prayer yesterday if didn't receive the answer today there is tomorrow [Music] it is not the point that when we have to pray for so long that God is not answered he always gives us [Music] maybe we didn't receive it at that moment you know this doubt and a lack of faith prevents us from receiving it but when we pray and that moment we deny our own selves because we have this desire to go somewhere to rest or do something else and we put that aside we deny our own desires and we pray to receive the answer and we receive it that Jesus is your savior and then when we elect faith in something it's through prayer that we receive faithful for those moments it's not you know what that means yes we have the key already but sometimes we do not know how to turn it and when we pray God is still revealing to us he reveals us what you have [Music] and this is in in the prayer that's when he got speaks to us and reveals to us and when we've [Music] and even the problem is not solved visually or in reality maybe now we don't see any move in those days but God is with us everything is already good there's nothing to fear and that faith God gives us or fills us with their faith that helps us move forward [Music] when we will [Music] faith [Music] that is already becomes a hope that already becomes a hope of love the answer for us the actual answer to our to our need but the this confidence that we receive that God will take care that God will show that God will solved and then over time this this Faith this confidence starts to grow more and more in our lives and if you don't lose it we we continue in faith and then finally the time comes when we actually see the results and change [Music] and you know for example I was praying when we moved from Ukraine to Poland I said Lord I help us to go through the Customs quickly and please you know we want to go Lord please no longer the three hours we don't want to stay at the checkpoint there and it always happened that way but just when I came from Ukraine to worse such a Grace I was stopped at the hotel right before the Border kilometers [Music] because we were traveling for a thousand kilometers and we needed some rest and I wake up in the morning I said Lord I want you please help us to go to the Customs very quickly today but even if no no but I believe that you are with me I will always rejoice in everything because you are with me and with joy I went to the Border yeah I'm by myself [Music] and I come and there's a lot of cars there I stayed there for 11 hours [Music] every 10 minutes only cars would move for one meter in 11 hours you stay there at the border miracle happened you know I was thinking to myself you know I had plans it's only three hours at the border after that I'll have some good food I didn't even have breakfast 11 hours and I didn't have desires I didn't even want to go to the bathroom but my heart was filled with joy yeah and from the morning until the very late I was so full of joy yes I was glorifying Lord God you are amazing you're so good in three four hours you're so great but then in 10 hours I said Lord you're still great how could you do this with me like that I live with you I always was thinking how I'm gonna leave the car if I go to the bathroom I'm only there by myself but it turns out I didn't have to leave the car alone remember when Israel was in in a desert they had 40 years they didn't need to buy a new clothes they needed to buy any new shoes they was the clothes was not wearing out it was a miracle someone you know in our life this is what's happening it's full of Miracles but not everybody notices for those that prayed yesterday when we pray we will always see God there is no time for uh complaining foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] the holy spirit will be able to see actual results in our lives [Music] God is revealing to us through prayer that the strength is not in me but in Mighty God that you live your life not on your own but Christ who lives in you yes because faith is the it's a you know what I'm talking about therefore that's why it's very important to start with salvation every morning every move every evening you need to recognize that you are the child you need to believe that Jesus Christ already resolved he took all the curses the sickness and problems in our lives and the little faith starts to grow and give us this confidence that you'll be able to overcome those problems we need to believe fully did Jesus completely has completed the issues in our life [Music] we read in the Book of Genesis chapter 3 after verse 15. we see the consequences of sin what he brought to the humanities and if Sue all their life they worry about [Music] and all your life you will be growing those those weeds in your life until the day you die you will be overcome with worries and and and and and and and troubles yes but if you believe in Jesus Christ you need to believe that the the source of the issue has already been removed yes problems you sickness all kinds of things I need to seek Jesus Christ as your savior in John 6 20 what is 6 28 29. and they ask you what we must do to do the works of God [Music] the work of God is this to believe in the one he has sent faith is we need to that Jesus Christ is the Son of God based on this we start our prayer [Music] we never need to be focusing on our problem but we need to be focusing on the Lord when the Israelites left Egypt is the Book of Exodus chapter 14 that's when they were standing before the uh the the the the Sea and the the army of pharaoh were behind them and when they saw this problem in front of them they were so disappointed why did we do this why did we come here why did I make this decision why did I come to you why did I go to Ukraine who sent me here and when but through that comes the the complaining this this sadness [Music] but Moses he did not look at the problem that was before them immediately he started his his look at on the Lord and through that God was doing Miracles we do not need to be focusing on the problem because we not rule this world God is the one who created this world God is the one who created us that and we are able to receive this answer is focusing on the Lord and you will hear his word Jeremiah 28 13 it says 29 13. you will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart is we do not need to be focusing on the problem where we go back to the moment where we lost [Music] we need to need problems the problem will foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] him to Ukraine I started to improve my Russian [Music] I was in sacrament for one year and I knew a little bit but I could not speak and talk about Christ I started to pray I said Lord give me translated I'm so glad that God did not give me a translator yes you know if if I would need a translator I would not be able to come here yes I'm free I talk to people I counsel people I share the word of God at that moment I could not even imagine right now I need a translator but God knows more if you find him you mean God will show mercy and he gives us new breath he gives us new understanding and new wisdom I believe that God will open up his uh mystery to you do you wait for that God will give you Faith do you believe [Laughter] have a break and after that more will be revealed to us yes you know it's very important the theme of this first part is that we need to understand number one that Lord God is with us at all times if he solves a problem within your problem is if we didn't solve the problem immediately for us but he is with us and we must not lose him and rejoice we have about 15 minutes coffee break after that we'll have a break and then we'll have another more hour and after that we'll have a nice uh lunch so please make sure you don't eat a lot right now leave some room for later until one o'clock we have this time for coffee foreign
