third time they were getting together in a similar setting I would like to read from the gospel chapter 22 verse 14. see you is a boy advance Jesus Christ is reminding you by his kingdom that is in each everyone's heart inside of us Jesus Christ is talking about the kingdom of God that is going to take place later and when we partake in the second half of our service today in Romans chapter 14 we read about for the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but righteousness peace and joy in the Holy Spirit and because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and I will stop here the righteous this in Jesus Christ maybe today we find ourselves not to be fully worthy honestly watching a screen is a boy if you're really honest with ourselves but Jesus Christ is a perfect woman and they discover but we're going to hear about next week May our hearts preparedness maybe like for the first time maybe renew our vows and step on this path of faith and through this preparation through the word of God for the supper who is um yes you know people really prepare themselves very particular because it happens only once a year but might this also be a unique time for you the move of God in your life that these righteousness will come to your heart from the faith in him our faith is like a dirty clothes but there is Jesus and through faith in Jesus yes through what is taking place here today with this righteousness is this perfect Joy would fill us from the Lord I would like to invite him to prayer may God's anointing would fill this service Heavenly Father we you that is that your blood is being shed for us this Blood would wash each and every one of us from all sins that this supper this evening they would prepare us that we will all be prepared with the suffering and the death of the one that died for us 2000 years ago we remember we have this remembrance every month on a Sunday the first Sunday [Music] and not a Sunday and we still have this celebration let's say a good Friday many call this Good Friday or if we translate it into Ukrainian it's like a great Friday and what was so special that happened on the stage you know two thousand years ago my savior and all of Our Saviors alike savior alike went to the Cross 2000 years ago so today's service is special it is to remember the suffering and the death of the one that died I would like to point out a couple moments of the meaning of the suffering of Christ what is the meaning of this communion let's read from second Corinthians chapter five verse 21. in other words Christ took the place on the cross in which we should have been oftentimes we don't understand this is because if we were to fully understand it we would then value what Christ did for us first the Bible says that everyone has fallen short of the glory of God and there's none righteous not even one and the Bible says that anything that is unclean would not enter into the kingdom of God in other words we as sinful people would have no chance to enter into heaven and the One path is Jesus Christ and so because he was born through the Virgin Mary it says that he was pure and he was truly holy foreign because he was from the beginning God and so God leaving the heavens came down to earth that through his suffering and death we would be able to enter into heaven Isaiah 53 5 it writes Isaiah speaks about this that he was put through suffering for our sins the curse was upon him for our peace he and so by his stripes we were healed in other words the suffering that Christ had that was something that I was supposed to go through if you remember when pile and of people who do you want uh Barabbas or Jesus you know this was an important question and so it was either Barabbas where all of um all of mankind would have to suffer is or Jesus Christ who was without sin would have to go to the cross in other words what this means is that Christ replaced us on the cross so that we would not have to bear this suffering in order for us to be righteous through him and John the Baptist he had a revelation for himself saying here is the Lamb of God that will be slain for the sins of the world and so Christ took upon himself uh the curse of our sin in order for us to put on uh the righteousness in him and uh the the salvation for us is free but it was not free for Christ foreign Jesus Christ had to give away to the very last drop of his blood there on the cross and I would like us to remember that Christ died for us Christ died for me and this is the first reason for which Christ died and so the second reason is Christ has redeemed Us in order for us to not live any longer in bondage to sin the first Peter let's open the word of God together [Music] verses 17 to 20. foreign and so taking on the inheritance from our parents we would then be taking on Eternal damnation or we would perish eternally it says with the precious blood of Christ a lamb without blemish or defects he was chosen before the creation of the world but was revealed in the last times for your sake foreign and so because of sin we have became slaves to sin and became slaves to the devils and so we lived by uh the way of the devil following his his way being the king king of the Earth or the prince but Christ did something special on the cross that through his blood he has redeemed us or bought us from this uh slavery and you know in the world there are certain rules or principles and so you know some Lord can't come and just be like you know uh you're mine I'm taking you in other words if he was bought into slavery there would have to be a price to be paid for to take him out of this slavery and we don't really notice this in our lives right brothers and sisters and so what actually took place two thousand years ago was that Jesus by his blood the one and only way that this could have even been done was able to pay in order to take us out of this slavery to sinus and so Apostle Peter says the following words remember the price of your Redemption and we live in a nation where you know there isn't much of a value for anything yeah you know we've got used to it to live in a way where we buy clothes it's a little dirty so we just throw it away who did you see and so a button falls off and you know one of my sons is like oh let's just throw it away I go it would take longer for me to sew this button back on than to go to work for 15 minutes so not much has a value anymore but when we realize that the great almighty God through the blood of Jesus Christ paid a price for us then we become a treasure in the eyes of God and Apostle Peter also says that you must glorify God with your bodies because they are vessels of God remember you are not your own America because you were once slaves but today but now that Christ has played a price for you you are now slaves to God now my Lord is Jesus Christ I am I am a servant because he has decided to buy me there at the cross this is what took place in and so a great price was paid paid for us it was not for no reason Christ went there in order to release the Salvation is the greatest thing that could ever happen the Bible says a person can gain the whole world but if they lose their soul it is not is worse and the third reason for which Christ died for us in order for us for him to leave in examples that we would follow up verses 19 to 21. um Johor is Jesus Christ left us an example so now being set free from the the bondage of sin and and the devil because he has no right over us we are able to serve the Lord been resurrected along with Christ for a new life onto Christ me say in this is and we are now our own we are called to live holy before the face of the Lord and so Christ left this example in order for us to follow his steps and this is a reason why another reason why Christ I can openly say that when I go through hard times in my life I go to the Cross Circle I go to Gethsemane because this is a place I can go to find answers for my problems this is the place in which I could find comfort in the Lord when I see how Christ prayed in in Gethsemane and he said Lord if it is if it can be let this cup pass by me when he says not my will but your will be done and when he was at in deathly suffering he said he even he prayed even harder and it says that an angel came and gave him strength and so when I go through hard times I also get down on my knees and I say Lord let your will be done and so sometimes and at times I feel as if God's hand or his Angel comes down and helps me because and so when you're going through a hard time or maybe you are or have unforgiveness or an offense towards somebody um we must follow Christ he set the example and we must do as he did and so it says that rather than going through Joy he had to go through pain and suffering and beating um instead Italian for in order for you not to fall in your souls because you did not suffer or fight against sin all the way to the blood in other words Christ is the example if it's hard for us we look at Christ he went through all of these sufferings and he went to the glory of Heaven Christianity and we as as Christians we must follow Christ and only after him to enter where he is the Bible says that those who follow me they will serve me and they will also be where I am is who wants to live truly live in Christ he will be persecuted in other words Christ showed us an example that the the path following Christ is a narrow path I mentioned on Wednesday that the Lord those who he loves he punishes and so if you are not punished then maybe you are not lawful children because he he doesn't is and so if your life is is uh abundant in everything and you have everything to an access I my question stands are you truly his children God is not against blessings and so if we truly are his children then he will treat us by laws and another point is that we must look up up to Christ and await his coming yeah and so I want to turn back a little bit to the meaning of the supper that we have before us because First Corinthians 5 7 foreign Matilda advantages so I'd also like to read from Matthew devices and so in other words the Passover is a image or an example example and so in the Old Testament we see this example being a uh a lamb that was slain that was without blemishes and the tenth day the the you know uh lamb without blemish was prepared Ness the 14th day must have been that sacrifice the the spreading of the blood on the door jambs must have taken place right after that and so it meant that the angel of death would pass by that house that had the blood in other words the Passover is our Salvation in the Old Testament it is an example of the Lamb in the New Testament it's Christ himself the one that says this is my body that says I will not even be drinking from him and so he is saying that this is an example only because when we get into heaven we will be drinking this with him and this it gives me joy foreign when I Christ himself will be breaking this bread there up in heaven along with you and so as it was mentioned before blessed is the one that is invited into the uh the supper of the lamb and so now it's just an example I want to see the the actual image mentioned before that my second cousin died and I imagine that his life has come to an end and family and others uh posted his final sermon that he preached um it is actually Pleasant for me to know that my second cousin it was in the Lord when he went into it today in churches the Passover is being celebrated use it but I believe in my faith that he is there already celebrating in heaven but Christ says that the new one will be up in the in my father's Kingdom and this is a goal this is a hope in which we are striving foreign in a physical example show that Christ died for us now he will come soon this is the preaching of the Gospel up until we will be drinking in the Kingdom of my father and I would like us brothers and sisters to come to the Lord in prayer remember we came here together to remember what the Lord did for us 2000 years ago when Christ was being beaten up and mocked where he had the crown of thorns put on his head when he was being spit on and the clothes was taken off of him because when he was crucified between two thieves there on the cross even more lives and he prayed and said father forgive them for they know not what they do but in the fall in the final words he said it is fulfilled our mind and your salvation and so my heart is filled with joy that we we are remembering that when the choir was singing this this song the blood of Jesus it cleanses us from all sins and so if somebody feels the sin or unclansiness in and Christ died for us in order that his blood would cleanse us from all sins it is in order so that not one person would fall short of entering into the kingdom of heaven and I would like us in deep humility and trembling before the Lord to and we are stepping into this great Wonder yeah and I would ask all of us to stand foreign foreign took bread is and when he had given things he broke it and said this is my body which is for you do this in remembrance of me in the same way after the supper he took the cup saying this cup is the New Covenant in my blood do this whenever you drink it in remembrance of me you know dear you know dear brothers and sisters we you and I are people and you know as people we all have this sort of weakness to forget even to forget the good things and it's written that God does not forget anything it's but our sins when we repent he says I will remember no more but every good deed the righteous he says I will never forget and that which we do in the name of the Lord whether people see it or not and there the book is written down in the Book of Life praise be to God is and today is the time as Jesus Christ had said so that we would all together remember the great price that was paid for us through the blood that was shed on the cross and Deuteronomy 6 12 it's written and when God was still speaking to Israel and when you will be living in this land promised by God Moses knew that they would cross the Jordan and he says then do not forget the Lord your God don't forget this path that the Lord has taken you and your fathers don't forget in other words remember there is very important dear Church and remember Egypt remember that time in which you were set free from the slavery to eat to to Egypt is and therefore that's why they had uh they celebrated the Passover it was in order to remember that great thing that God did for them and in the time of this Passover Christ stood up and when they finished this old Old Testament Passover he took the bread and he said the spread this is my body broken for you then he took the cup is he said this is the cup of the New Covenant the blood that is being shed for the Forgiveness of our sins and then he says in remembrance of me and for this we will be praying and thanking the lord remember how much God loves us he had given his one and only son for us so none of us should perish but would have eternal life with him and therefore Christ said I am the bread of life praise God so we will be praying for this bread of life that points at the cross at his body that is being broken and we will thank God by his Commandment that he has given Jesus Christ the Lord has given us his command and let us remember even when you're taking this bread and it keeps going to the next person and just continue to dwell on think on this remembrance of him and I also want to add just as for you the blood was shed and the body was broken the same way equally the Lord has suffered for your brother your sister though everyone around you Christos and therefore as Christ has received us receive one another as Christ has forgiven us forgive one another amen amen praise God and now we will pray and our Minister Nikolai will pray this let uh benefits the first is that he forgives all of your Lawless deeds and this actually became accessible through Jesus Christ to all people on Earth in order to receive forgiveness from God through Jesus Christ he wants us to be well so we will rejoice amen amen thank God receive his healing and he will heal you because through his wounds or stripes we are healed for us he has died praise God died yes taught richness he said that the heaven the bread that comes from Heaven is that being he is that being I am the bread of life yes meaning whoever eats my body will have life foreign the cup after the supper Joshua the Lord took the cup it was because this cup is the New Covenant in my blood do this whenever you drink it in remembrance of me amen um and so by doing this by taking part in this we are proclaiming the death of Jesus Christ the holy spirit will uh Satan trembles not because you and I but because of him and we are proclaiming What the Lord Has Done with faith and to be left and for our sins to be washed by it and also to remember that by the shedding of the blood of Jesus Christ we have access to the father is so it's not because we did something good it's good to do good but it was the blood of Jesus that gave us access to the father and praise God for the blood of God in which we are taking part in hallelujah hallelujah praise God and third remember that the blood of Christ similar to the the blood of the Lambs that were slain protected the homes of Israel and the blood of Christ cleanses your mind your soul your home from the Devil with
