want to greet everybody again welcome to Slavic for Gospel Church English service it's a privilege to see a lot of old faces a lot of new faces I wanted to call our Ashur's up and hand you guys a I got put on my heart today today was our communion service and pastor was sharing about salvation today and one of the things he said was salvation was free but it made me think one thing you know salvation from free is was free but serving Christ comes at a cost and it can cost you everything you know and for me the closer I get to God the more I change and the ignorance of my youth was I don't want to change I want to be Who I am forever but the closer you get to God the more he makes you give up sometimes some things you don't want to give up sometimes it's scary but the closer you get to God the more you change the more you lose the more you gain you know so trust in him open up your hearts let his presence feeling tonight speak to you if you need him to speak to you I'll let him encourage you and just be in the presence of God tonight and I want to call up her brother Michael today to preach and share something that's on his heart as well Alleluia where is God I have to move these I'm a kind of guy that likes the move my name is Michael Belcher I was there for good how many people know me oh wow praise God how many people really know me that's what we get to find out today that's what we get to find out we'll be sharing my life testimony today it's kind of hard I've been through a lot Amen come to found Christ in 2015 I know it seems very brief but I'm now in a point I just give God glory praise him they're all circumstances so I just want to say thank you Pastor Thank You church for everything that you guys have invited me to come you share my testimony so let's go ahead and and get right to it I was a professional fighter as I grew up I was very good I mean I was I was very good I was the best of the best I grew up into a lifestyle fighting and at age 11 to 14 I became a Triple Crown national champion and the Triple Crown national champion means that that's I won and three events two times a month year after year after year and I started when I was eight so having a short brief of time I had a very good talent that the Lord put on that gave me and it was very good through weapons through routines through fighting I was number one and shortly after that I became an international champion I mean it's a whole world that became number one just very soon after and with that I was trained by the presidents I was trained by the presidents of associations that were sanctioning these competitions I was trained by founders of different type of organizations I was trained by a founder of xma I was chained by the blue Power Ranger I I worked with the people that was a stunt Devils and the stump people the stump men for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I met them I used to work out with them the Foot Clan all these other people and people that we see on TV today I know Ernie Ray jr. and in Mike chat read but to all these people Matthew Mullins people that I've traveled the world traveled this country competing on the highest level you could get no higher and as I was competing I was getting to the age of 18 I was approached by the president and the head coach for United States of America and they asked me they said Michael we we have seen you and we're preparing a team we've been scouting we want you to be a part of Team USA and after shortly I went to the world games I captured a gold medal I captured a silver medal I captured a bronze medal for their fighting and our team fighting we captured that bronze medal because all the weight was put on me our whole team we have five the best of the best from Team USA we fight fights and at the last fight they add up all these points on the last fight they say the only way that you can make it to the podium is that guy cannot touch you that guy cannot even score a point and you have to score this many points and it was it was a hard burden put on me I tell you what I went that whole three minutes of that fight with that guy not touching me he did not even score one point and I went past the points they told me that I mark exceeded the points and we are up on that podium I was a huge celebration for our team I've comp which so many so many trophies I have over 600 maybe 700 trophies some that range in the 20s of six foot high I have accomplished so much in a short period of time but with such great success I had huge failures I had happy wait of my life maybe say how you you you've done everything you had at all well I tell you my life when I was young I was physically abused and as I was growing up at a young age I was sexually abused by other males as I was acted out very violently so I went to a private school and when I was in seventh grade they even kicked me out he said you your child cannot be controlled and I had to go to a public school and after I tended in public schools I started getting into the ways of of the people you know certain and being influenced by the world and to listening I soon fell into drugs and alcohol shortly after when I was about 15 or so I was being sexually molested by an older man and it's 50 as I continued my life I lash out even more violently I lash out even more violently even when I went to high school they put me in the behavior disability classes I couldn't be contained I was violent to people around me i verbally physically and i couldn't be controlled in all this time i was carrying a lot of success and in athletics shortly after i remember i was getting a car ride to go home one night and i I I was wanting to go home but I was shaking I was in sweat I asked the driver I said can you just take me to the hospital I feel like I'm dying in here you know and he's like ah it's it's ok you'll be fine and before you know it I was at his house and he said lay in my bed he said relax just lay my body they could be fine I remember I couldn't even feel my body I couldn't even feel it and ever I won't go through all the details that night I was I was drugged and I was raped by another male I look at my life and soon after I start indulge in started using tobacco start using marijuana cocaine ecstasy mushrooms a crack heroin I start using all these drugs try to fulfill something even started even selling them I started stealing alcohol at gas stations I started stealing clothes at store did all this in high school it was like and I carried this momentum more and more as soon as I finished all my success with with the martial arts I continued a while living a wild lifestyle it was very dark when it wishes to be upon anybody this is just the overview very brief I tell you oh god I cried out to God a couple times I remember the days right out to God I was alone I was in the woods said God have you really there you would answer he hits me then but he did later 2015 I remember the day I remember the day December 14 God sent a god-fearing man to my life I remember as I was sitting there my body started moving I wasn't moving but but it was moving before I know it later I find out that this man was in the deliverance ministry well I know what demons were being cast out I remember seeing a demon come out split its fate I had a lot of issues I had a sciatic nerve problem at the time I couldn't even walk it's been two years feeling a pain that I could not get rid of do here is that remember driving down the highway for five minutes and the pain was so unbearable I had to get out just walk and that a few steps just give me relief I remember a trail of fire coming from this place all the way down into the crown I feel it not just leave my body but go deep into the ground I've never had that pain sense I remember I thought I was going this and everything was gone I remember this this person was person very black all black in little points and I remember when I was sitting in the chair and the background was just red like fire and I had a bunch of winged winged creatures in the background and this man stood as this background was very far off but huge and this guy stood and he was walking away like this I remember so so clearly to this day I accepted Jesus Christ in my life and I felt so lifted I felt like if anybody could spare my face I would just kiss him because I loved him I was filled with the Holy Spirit at that time I know that God's grace saved me I was like so thank you I repented of all my sins that night repenting of every single thing and I forgave those it cost so much arm to my life as well when I accept him into my life I had a overwhelming feeling wake up the next day and I had 75% I feeling the next day was fifty the next day was 25 when I said Lord please don't go I felt like Moses when he came down from that mountain where he was glowing he's losing that glow that's what I felt he said help me with you always be with you you see I wanted to do that life because God has a plan for me he knew that I could do anything that I could endure that God want to give you too much that you can't endure you have to understand that he was always giving you an X cape and Isis that's our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ it's only through his blood that saves us in that short period of time when I was saying right I asked the Lord I said lord I just want to seek you I just want to keep you first place in my life I just want to continue to walk this life to give you glory I'm so thankful for everything that you've done upon my life because since that day that day I've never had a thought never even wanted to have drugs again I never even wanted to have a taste of alcohol again and that was drinking alcohol like it was water I was drinking alcohol because like I was addicted I needed it I drink it every day leaders and it omits Nayeem gonna get into it it's just so much but healed me from that healed me from my health I was completely renewed of glory to God and I stand before you bullied to tell you that we have a fight and we are here we are here to give God glory and we are victorious because of him we are victorious because all power and authority is given to Christ Jesus even the weapon the strongest weapon that the devil has his death and he couldn't I even defeat Jesus and if Jesus abides in us and we abide in him the same power is in us death cannot hold us even the the biggest weapon that the devil has against us can't even prosper it can't even come against us we win we are victorious but we have to understand that each and every day each and every day that we wake up that we give God glory and we give him price to say Lord I want to seek you more and more and that's what I was doing Lord I want to keep you first place at my heart or do you keep you first place in my life my whole life was changed I wasn't asking for a wife but I did ask the Lord I said Lord if you send me a wife Lord I'm not going to be look because I knew where I was I was very lustful I treated women horrible okay and I knew that I didn't want to be subject to that anymore I didn't want to go looking for my wife I said Lord you will give me a wife I said and then I came I went very detailed with that I said Lord if you send me a wife Lord she has to come up to me she has to present herself to me she has to start a conversation piqued my interest and I would know that this is my wife and seven months eight months later after that i-i've allow for Nia and I'm sitting in the church after and and I remember a lady walked up she gave a testimony just recently about her leg was longer than the other and in prayer service her leg came to the right position as there other she was completely keeled from birth she had this deep back she was completely killed as she walked up I said she's so beautiful but that's it I didn't ponder on her see you all of you as my brothers my sisters my grandma's my moms I don't ponder on anything that is fleshly anything that would make me veer off my path for God because I don't want to go back to how I was I don't want to suffer I seen the opponent I seen the enemy in my life walk away I'm so sad to me so how can something so small I'm such a big part about my life something so small could make my life downward plunge till a life of destruction see my life was stolen my life was being killed my whole existence was being destroyed this is what the devil wants for our life he's to steal kill and destroy after that prayer service my wife soon-to-be comes up to me she starts talking this is the same lady that shared the testimony and she's hi my name is Anna Holly she started to speak and I start recalling that prayer that I had about seven eight months ago and I'm like okay Lord I was like no woman has ever came up me I felt like I had a plague like every woman I could start thinking it was like always beard me like I was like was wrong but I didn't think that at the time but I started running through my mind I'm like wow and for confirmation I look at my friend and he look he's just giggling he's giggling now I'm like oh no I'm like okay she's interested but that day I I told him I said I can't stop thinking about this lady so I can't stop thinking about it so I went on a seven-day fast just water I went on a seven-day fast for confirmation I said Lord say I know the devil likes give us things that we asked I know let and I want to know that that prayer was from him okay so I went in water I said in long story short he confirmed next time we met I had multiple confirmations my wife seemed to be had multiple confirmation so when you know when we both had confirmations we came together and long story short we were we're married we have a healthy son all glory to God and I just wanted to share that briefly because the life that I was living was that the life that was given was a lie the life I was I was living with our devil my life that was given was the grace of God and he gave me structure he rooted in my life and I have a life for eternity praise be to God you okay that's really hard to follow okay so the only thing I can think of then you want to hear know me yeah who really knows me right only thing I can think of okay so this is English service I'm representing everybody will understand that right so I had a wonderful wonderful life change in mission to Kazakhstan this summer hopefully you guys noticed I was in here but if you didn't that's where I was okay hold on okay all right so just in case you didn't pay attention in school this is where Kazakhstan is okay it's in Asia it's below Russia is closer to no vs. best in um sck okay I wasn't done Dennis okay so the town that I was in it was Pavle da um and you you would be very surprised even though this is Kazakhstan almost everyone spoke Russian you didn't need to know any other language but Russian to survive in this town okay Dennis all right so I don't know if you guys are familiar with the unreached people group is something with the Joshua Project and briefly it has to do with the 10/40 which is the longitude and latitude of the earth and the unreached people group are people who have never been able to get the word of the Lord or to be able to have literature to learn about Jesus Christ Kazakhstan is part of the unreached people group so you can compare it to like Mexico where you may see missions seldom seldom seldom do you see missions in Kazakhstan and a lot of times they function on like below the grid okay so the people there just as a summary most of them are Muslims okay but the Kazakh people they worship something is called animism all right animism remind me the next time I do this ask me what I did I guess something really stupid but animism is when you believe that a inanimate object actually has a spirit in it or you believe that plants have souls all kinds of strange things and is it in this even it's not like people who may have I don't know like a clover or something for good luck is it's a lot more deeper pretty scary actually Dennis Dennis okay so I'm gonna briefly go through this this is pretty much what I'm going to talk about I'm gonna talk about as you can see my home church I'm gonna talk about some of the things that I was able to experience why I was there and what basically I did so this is the home Church absolutely wonderful I won't even tell you all the great things about this church I was welcomed I was taking care of one of the sisters let me live in her house everything was wonderful I'm not gonna say anything else okay this is the building um actually this building when I came in it was it was all I don't know like a third of the building was there they've been raising money for years to be able to get the building to look like this so I was happy that I got to see this evolution um the thing about this building look how big it is or was okay look how big it is um this shocked me to see such a massive building in a Muslim country that's actually Christian so um one of the things that the church did and I was lucky enough to participate they did outreach and they went to the villagers and they they did home church and they taught them about Jesus Christ and base this is what a typical village looks like and I'll talk to you guys about that in the next meeting okay so one other thing that we did so you figure okay so the goal you do outreach you teach people about Jesus and you hope that this is what the end result would be okay okay more pictures look how happy these people are I'm telling you this water was so deep it started off like three feet and then within five feet it was like bottomless these people were really brave okay another thing that we did it was a children's camp the people you see there as a combination between children from the village and you from the church basically they brought the kids in they did Bible study they let them sleep overnight they gave them really good food that was cooked up by the sisters of the church and as you can see the they gave him some chalk and they all got to draw a little pictures on the ground and had a competition of you know who did the best you know fun stuff right okay this is basically what I did okay check that here out right so I had um maybe about 15 20 students and initially I divided him up into two levels just because it was really right ranging I was saying my youngest student was six and the older one was sixty and I hope golina that I didn't just raise your age but that's how big of a range it was I did classes four days a week on Friday we did um like a worship and Bible study for the young people so it wasn't possible and obviously Sunday church um we did this for two and a half hours a day so this was pretty intense here's some of my students and those are more of my students and there's more of my stood and as you can see look at little Kyra she couldn't even read and write in Russian and she was able to sit there and take notes in English ain't that wonderful and I'm indignant with food okay these people ate all the time but I figure there's no way better to enter presentation in with food and look at all that meat amazing amazing bows and bows of meat but I'll talk to you I mean they didn't even eat vegetables so you see any vegetables on their table cucumbers cucumbers that's it okay hello brothers and sisters I'm very - bye now funny family we're Americans look places but in Arizona they you 8 years old and my family as Christians so I thought was good I was like and then one day my parents like no you need to you need to have your own really should do this I was like oh really okay my own and there are definitely some immediate changes like before going to church I was like hot Sunday this dogs would go to church to listen to Pastor he's super boring and after try not to fall asleep my parents came at me I don't think but then but when I got saved also I'm going to church like I was like oh yeah I get ready you know to get ready and that was definitely a change and like also the sermons were more interesting like oh you know or is just like definitely there were definitely some changes and you know things would be good you know like learning stuff but as my life and on I was like and stuff and I was convicted about the sin I was like I was like well when I'm older I'm older I'm like really mature my 18 you know then I can hear these issues and stuff like that I had a dream and an angel came I was like he said [Music] but you can't have the thing and predict me it's like you have to take side you're on and I was super freaked out like oh wow like that okay so I repented my sin and then long after that like my dad was like hey guys don't they yeah God pulled me like like having like a huge sweep up about David I was like it's like even a child is known by these it's like I try to like well maybe maybe he was like maybe he was like 18 and stuff like that like Bible says even a child no by God wants every relationship with you no matter what age you are old he wants you all all the time so yeah so then then then there are definitely some more changes and I'm not saying that in your life you're not saved or in my dreams and said if you died you're not going to heaven because you're not serving Wow so I'm not saying that if you have some sense that you're not going to heaven problems were human but this is what God told me I had that I knew I had so I want you all and after I got back I was painted like some more changes like even well that's more it was even it's easier my conscious I felt almost like it was like almost singing like little things oh yeah like before you know it's like feared a little bit but now also no problem can't do that and throwing a Christian like it's great because like I mean you're a lot of norm like values are norms but still they're things that they can still your conscience consider like spirit even know that they're like wrong so that's all I had for you now I'm 22 yeah I'm serving God every day one time it's not a one-time deal it's for life my relationship with God one with everybody and it's great things are easier Christian I mean give me trial the trust me it is so much easier than I would like the Stan thank you thank you what a testimonies was a beautiful time you know I was just sitting and watching and listening kind of you know it's true you never know what you're gonna come out from this microphone and there's first testimony I heard but in nowhere I recognize is the power of God was it changed people's life today in tonight which is for one reason to praise His name today is the English service but we call outreach English service today's we're sharing the gospel with people around us I'm glad for our church we have did with one two months with four person focusing on a great comission Folkston was really what Jesus do I usually in my wallet have carrying this little thing what would Jesus why do you have a help those creative first kind of fun and I would say what would Jesus do what would Jesus would preach today what did Jesus would be sharing it was us tonight what kind of message he would have if he would walk on the streets and he are working on the streets through you and through me remind to Jordan for everybody else like who the Kazakhstan it isn't before we're gonna come and prayer before we're gonna send another so on and we'll pray because that's what church do that's is the house of prayer is anybody have anything to say is anybody have desired to share for the microphone for glory of God we're gonna have that moment that's open free in somewhere pairs beyond at California the short line will be some islands is they still gonna be like get ready input at I'm ready for a Sunday morning service all day on Sunday 24 24 hours somebody somebody get ready to worship God inside the day for him this night in this service for Jesus I just imagined what how much did God Jesus himself appreciated this Sunday when the people like you and me safe just come in just sharing the gospel and boldly they lay out and share this personal testimony how is so important for you both for you strength to share which probably please I don't want to turn it please please come to us I'm not gonna turn anything I'm not a sermon but I'm glad god bless you brother well I actually thank you I wasn't gonna share anything I wasn't part of any program or whatever but I guess it's they they offered and I guess I was inspired a little bit touched by the things that were said and I guess specifically turning to Mike because I don't know him that well but what I do know of him well I'd like to share so some of you know we play soccer on Saturdays and Mike hung so well he used to come more before he got married and had a kid and all that and that's alright you know cuz that's that's God moving in his life and that's where he's taking him but well I do remember in a couple we had multiple games and you know soccer it's a can be a brutal sport people kicking each other and you know landing wrong whatever and so many situations somebody let's say rolled an ankle and they're laying on the floor and they're hurt and Mike would come up to them and hewed he would lay his hands and he would start praying like Jesus would and I'm like I'm thinking you know there's so many of us you know we're all churchgoers and you know Michael that I don't even know like you know he's he's over there and praying in the name of Jesus be healed you know and people from Sam you come true sure schmansky shirts were there and you know for me it just kind of hit me I'm like man who is this guy you know like like is is I'm so I'm so confused you know maybe he's like a powerful speak maybe he's like traveling the world as a missionary or something I don't know I got to know him more a little later and I you know but my point is the fact that you know he did that and like you know we a lot of us we grew up in Christianity so like the power the protection you know Jesus it's all like almost routine for us so it's kind of like a part of our life it's a part of our lifestyle we have we're protected from evil you know and we're just kind of like sailing I would say but someone like Michael hearing his full story at this point that impact that the power of God had in his life is what really gave him that boldness or that desire to actually be able to in that soccer game to step out and use the power that is given to him because he knows he has felt it in his life he knows what it is and and what it's capable of so this service like pastor Peter said is an outreach I'm Angelica service the point of it is to to spread that power spread the gospel the love of God to all people and in our church so sickly you know if we were to bring in people like Michael you know I'm not saying anyone it could be Slavic it can be American you know Leslie for example came to our church she felt the power you know and when these people the deeper the deeper of a hole that they're in and the more the power of God makes a change in their life not only will it inspire that one person to go and pray for someone's ankle when they when they heard it you know they're gonna inspire us because we saw what kind of difference and made in their life you know so the more testimonies we have the more people we have that are being changed by God the more we will be able the more we will have that passion and that desire to actually move and actually do something to make a difference you know and it means so like having having more and more I guess testimonies or like seeing God's power and what he what he does in people's lives in being done through our church will not only awaken those people that are being saved being healed being changed but it will also inspire us and give us a desire and a boldness to continue doing it and to continue creating more of these these uh you know you know through God's power making these Americans these salvations these these things happen and change in people's lives so I encourage after hearing everything you know for us to kind of like you know push harder in this area to to really you know ask God and to help help ask God to help us steer us in the right direction in this area because I truly believe you know that this is a purpose you know that that God has for a church to begin with so it should be something we all as a church as the youth as you know a group of people should be aiming for and and actually it it's a must to see in church life I believe and thank you for sharing that's what I had on my heart hallelujah we're gonna before we're gonna pray I'm just so encouraged was all but some I mean seriously every time when we have the evening service you never know what's gonna happen Nick right I like about that and I know the Jordan you are you know that you you you work it was a military right yeah it was how long you gonna be here at MacDill another three years so spread the gospel Michael all I know about you well my son came he said isn't Mike he is a good college I was a nice and gentle American boy he scored the goals I mean but today truly is you know that's you know kind of like this was the gospel should be that's what the church business should be that's what Jesus business which should be we should be in the business of changes no not be you know I'll just read it about when Jesus preached the gospel he came to this sure and he found the two bowls he gettin on and there was a Peters boat and enough and he preached the gospel and he said Peter go and drop net he said he said also here no master we've been building we've been we've been fishing all night you know I'm gonna tell the fishermen what to do in Jesus said go and see Jesus said go on the deep and castanets sometimes we just wanna gospel in the shallow water just bring them over here we're already six o'clock all the churches ready lights on parking lot we're here we get the chair we get the fishing rod Lord send us a fish no gonna be you really want to bring the fish gonna do blah when you and ban in other band go to for the keys you go to dip our you stay in the shower although old all those oldest Instagram fish when you have was all this stuff are they from deep or the from shallow is it a lot of danger in the dip is in his heart hey that's what's really isn't if you really want to be effective for a gospel if you really want to be effective as the church individuals which is going to be follow the Jesus words gonna dip and drop them well you go on a date or you gonna stay shell brothers don't stop share the gospel going on here go on in dear go to the shop there that's what's really fishes that's what really business before we're gonna pray we're pasta and I we have the desire to I believe it's from Holy Spirit to just pray pray the prayer for blessings to the end for those who is it which wasn't testimony like Leslie how's our son I used to revive sister over there once she said she's going cause I found from Kyrgyzstan and next aid over if you don't know for those who don't know they man and I said oh girl yes sir I didn't say that but I was like really she's so brave by herself they get the blessing so Wednesday night I remember their Wednesday night we pray we bless and she went and she come back that was it really I mean I'm not I'm not you guys I don't know what's going on really I don't know it's Leslie going to cause of son to brother here to sharing I really don't know what's Lord really ask us to gonna be drop them yes but before we're gonna pray like just can we have it just another nice for ships on and just kind of prepare yourself for a close up evening prayer brother her ask and we have one yeah let's just stand up they just go worship God let's just meditate on what we heard in preparing ourself for a prayer you need microphones yevo alleluia alleluia are you excited to be here kingdom of God is a help but when Jesus resurrected the same gospel Matthew 28 chapter he said he make maybe different statement and he said to the same people three years later go therefore and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit teaching them to observe all that I have commanded commanded you and lo I am with you always the close of that age what in a big change are you glad that we'll live and death era Alleluia the gospel reached us reached me which my dish every one of us one day Jesus reached the disciples touch them
