more like you let us become holier and holier that we would hear your voice that we would hear what you want to speak to us today lord in jesus name we pray we thank you for the ability today to gather in your feet to listen to see what the spirit is selling to his church we ask you that you would bless every single person here we ask you that you would bless the speakers all the years in jesus name we pray amen go ahead and take your seats and i'm going to invite pastor brother vasily pastor vasily whatever you want to call him come up from he'll be a preacher and his son will be translated [Music] i'm greeting you all my brothers and sisters with the peace of jesus christ i would like to give thanks and thank all of you personally that you participated in our ministry in ukraine for nine years now um our plan is to go for another three years and then come back to our church to our family here this coming friday we are leaving for ukraine you know the situation is ukraine very complicated so you might have heard vestavi the entire world is praying we do not know what will happen tomorrow but everything is in god's absolutely absolutely everything i would like to invite you to read the word of god and later we will um ponder on uh second corinthians 0 [Music] and verse 9. when preacher is preaching i repeat in my mind everything that he says when i see that i'm losing the thought i start to translate in a different language [Music] it's not worthy to spend two hours in church and not to take any word with you yesterday this is why my goal is to go away with the most word that i can imagine why do we always start services with praise and worship that our focus and concentration was on god listen carefully to the word of god [Music] let's read also from this book chapter 13 and verse 11. apology and apostle paul he completes this this this this idea is you know seminary there was a student from syria his name was israel [Music] he learned russian language and he got married to a ukrainian seminary when he completed his program he's studying in our seminary [Music] and he organized a church in kiev that is made off of students from the middle east and they would have a service in a seminary every sunday but and then they relocated to a different location in kiev and one day isabel comes to a seminary pretty sure he does not know why he came [Music] he had a tremendous desire to serve and ministry to people from middle east hospital and he always prayed god please give me this opportunity and when this pandemic started secret dominican bullies all the borders and travel stopped alabama but last year secret honorable europe is the great ukraine all the while europe remained locked down but only ukraine opened up borders for uh people from middle east and in just one year over 200 000 arab people from middle east visited [Music] there will be everywhere you can see them in all places [Music] and and he printed thousands of brochures and he wrote a passage from the book of quran and he would hand it out to all the travelers and visitors from the middle east [Music] what's interesting is that for the arab person or a muslim person cannot throw away a piece of paper and where they were mandated or they had to take it thousands and thousands of brochures and then he tells him when god tells him one day go to andreevski's this location in kiev and then he phones his wife and it says if god told you to go there just stand there and wait and then suddenly a arab person comes into the church bishop says them he has a conversation with him and they say he specifically came to kiev to get to know christianity when he was sitting in my office and i immediately remembered i realized that we have a visitor money what if we instead of the hotel we would sleep in you know in europe what are the conditions you know it's very unique they have those military badges the the toilet it doesn't have its basket there they did not understand the local language did not know a singular they were starting 12 hours without the dictionary without the teacher their local language god gave him another child that also died [Music] and her husband was accused of being uh an espionage even said you kill me and he was [Music] [Music] for those two years that she was away while uh getting help medically he says it was like losing hands and feet but when she finally came back she gives birth to one more child her name and this wife she dies [Music] she was only 37 years old [Music] and they found her journal when she was writing her life and everybody who was reading this journal they get filled with tears in this case pro who lead me is and you might think go into burma and die there and what happens saturday i learned a big lesson don't give kids red bull uh yeah it was red but it was even worse than slaughter i translate keep me out of trouble but anyways yeah these kids were kicking and screaming so like three o'clock at night and so something that kind of i noticed and was i was pretty amazed by yeah um we were playing manhunt we were playing tag all outside and then we come inside and then we came inside to do karaoke you know what i'm saying and i was thinking that they were going to choose some songs that were going to be like uh i don't know that they hear on the radios man it wasn't breakfast love that was the second one was the first one well waymaker that's what it was waymaker uh worship song [Music] and then the second song the worship song it drew a piece how amazing was it that they got the choice to go outside they got the choice to do anything they wanted and it was awesome you've seen the kids dancing so sorry parents uh in sunday school you're allowed to dance so whatever but uh anyway so the kids were dancing and rejoicing with maybe it was half readable but good translation anyway so uh we had a great time and a great fellowship and so the kids loved it we were we were super sore the next day we or the next day we even got to have some fun and so we just wanted to have that time to uh thank the children and so that that was the reward for uh this halfway through the semester [Music] would say it's semester guys you guys want to do it next year they would have been louder but they're tired from yesterday all right so let's pray for sunday school and we're going to be switching right now in sunday school we're going to be switching pro oh it's not professor sorry so we use college switching teachers so uh teachers are going to be switching um can we get the new semesters teachers up here we can pray for them too actually all right lord i come here before you learn to pray for these children lord you see them in sunday school lord let you open up their hearts lord open up their ears lord so that they don't just follow the world lord but they follow you lord and so that they apply everything that they learn in sunday school lord every sunday lord and so that they apply it in their lives lord in their schools in their neighborhoods lord so that everybody sees them lord and wants to be more like them lord and so that they want to be more like christ like lord i pray lord so that you can just give him lord the wisdom lord the strength lord you see them lord each one of them hungry for your word lord hungry for your what you want to speak to their hearts lord let you just uh open up their minds lord open up their hearts lord so that they can take in your word lord i pray for the teachers lord this semester lord you see them lord that they take this time lord and and meditate in your words so that they can share your love to our children lord and lord let you just keep them safe and obedient in that time jesus name i pray amen that you along with us do the work that we do in ukraine i very deeply am thankful to you for your support and prayers and my heart not only rejoices about the fact that you support us over there in that in that seminary that we are at nobody and i am even more so thankful that our church has understood the right uh understanding of what a church does here on earth [Music] jesus christ came to this earth to on this mission in order to give each one of us salvation is for you and when we receive this and understand that love that was given to us when we go out and share that same love with other people this is the kingdom of god we're saying today that lord we are your hands and your feet and i would like to share uh some things that i learned from these years uh that we were on mission when the lord called us to go on on this mission to ukraine this was very uneasy for me i said lord i really appreciate the nature and and the the weather here in florida to the holiday and i'm going to have to go back to ukraine to the place where it's cold and i do not like it and a lot of the things that i i like my family my nate the nature and the in the weather sport [Music] but uh the lord came from heaven to come to this earth in order to give us he left everything there in order to give us salvation when we make a decision to go on a mission we must be sacrificial [Music] i asked lord i was working on my career here in the medical field and i spent so much time learning and and investing into that and now i'm going to the seminary in ukraine and i it's as if i have worked for no reason for all everything that i that i had [Music] but it wasn't the way that i thought it was because what what the lord was doing was actually preparing me uh for something that he had even greater for me [Music] the things that i learned in college or even in the medical field where i worked uh i it's like a puzzle coming together and i'm starting to see how everything fits together only now i see this point so the first thing is the sacrifice it's it's uh that we have to do something we have to give away something of ourself in order to do it the second thing is when the lord calls it's our our duty to say yes lord i will go. and the third point which we uh we very rarely uh get to or see is that reward that comes from making uh this decision to go in that direction [Music] again i want to thank you very deeply uh for all the work that you do and everything that all the support and that you have given us be blessed dominican republic specifically for the dominican republic missionary trip uh [Music] [Music] turn your attention to what it says on the screen love god love others and change the world and this is the goal of studying it's what jesus christ he was the first he was the first one sent by god messiah he's a mission messiah and we are his followers you know even uh creatures and and birds the ones that uh became predators possibly you're eating the weaker it's a food chain and it's called the food chain but it wasn't like this and it said the word of god says that every creature that is uh suffering is a waiting for the revelation or the or the declaration of the of the son of god the revelation of god so that we can be free it's a great uh task force and you can't do it you can't save them no one person at a time but one person at a time and uh the same for you what will you do in the period of time that you have when you see that we will always have the things we have today such as opportunities and time valiant we did the will of god even more when we baptize the one man from the world maybe we didn't go far but today we are able to go to the ends of the earth a sister drives around on a bus and does uh small groups uh by ministering and he provided biblical and while they're driving these people around the city they're doing bible studies and going into other places and preaching the gospel and our church is doing this and we take part in this and then steps out of his comfort zone to start a conversation with her and when he had a conversation she received uh god's revolution she goes into her city in the channel come see a man that told me everything i did could this be the crisis and the lord asks me this question ask this question uh are we using our opportunities to do the same thing you know how uh you can step away from a personal ministry to god to a systematic ministry but when i talk to people in the inner circle gather together and ask this question and uh ask all of us ourselves the week goes by yes you know to purposely find a time and be like lord i want to witness this yes nema don't pray don't witness what kind of missionary am i some kind of systematic crisis the lord said you will be witnesses to me first of all it's very easy to uh kind of examine it to replace a personal a witness to these lies two of our missionaries katya and david are in mission school in jacksonville and uh sister shared with me and they're going through a program in the school where they have to go out to the streets and uh oksana shared that uh david her son is and how nice it was that when they get in a team and they could just so uh um boldly in in meekness so he saw that someone else in the team was so worried and trembling but david noticed that it's so easy for him and he told oksana that he is so thankful that he had the opportunity to be in our church to experience that firsthand in new york in the many places and this is a the riches that we have from god is you know and it's a good thing that god that god uh gave this personal witness said that you will be witnesses to me first of all you just felt within that god wanted you to share about him with somebody did you evaluate did you think about it were there situations where god put us in places where we were able to share about him how can we start to witness first of all on the basis of all of us must have a testimony of what god did for us how can we start a conversation we always have an opportunity to say you know what the lord has done for me and then the person listening will say i would like the lord to do for me like it for you yeah i came to the gym i came to work and i like to wear nice clothes but i also know how to work out and when people recognize it is it you or not i'm living double you know i'm a single dad uh he says he's a single dad i have a four-year-old daughter i raised on my own yeah my wife left me and i asked the question you know what i'm a single dad too and i told him you know what i'm a single dad as well and he looked at me checked out yeah and i told him my wife she also checked out and he started to share how his wife is you know well we lived together and she got pregnant and then we bought a house and when she left me it cost me 50 000. and uh if if i was married the judge told me it would have been easier you have to be in the lord's house and i told him practically you do need to be in the lord and then i shared about my uh situation explain to me what he said that was wow you're doing good so far and he responded he's like wow um i said yeah here i work i'm i'm holding on in church i preach christina and i walk into an empty but there is one firm foundation in the fact that we appreciated [Music] prayers she had so many uh books like spiritual books and and notes spiritual journeys and sermons she started a book beside them maybe you know i like today that we are able to have this blessing and this and this uh encouragement when brother nicholas he takes that assignment very seriously he takes uh he invests in every single part of the church and a joy comes to me because of this this uh dedication i admire the fact that he that looks into theological questions and different kind of structural and church based department-based questions and and for this uh let god's will be for you to find that in order for us to be in god's will so that we would be able to serve as a church why is witness important by the blood of the lamb slovakia [Music] the man that was doing the garage doors i shared with him i said okay his father was a cuban uh catholic and one said all my sister america of course you don't need to serve a god you don't know that's fair enough of the piece of it and he thought i was going to convince him to compensate i said no you're doing exactly right and i told them you need to be where your heart is what i did earlier you know it didn't matter because i was convinced by the holy spirit and this was uh repentance he was listening to me and i would like to serve him may have been telephoned with the future business huh and uh we we you know we changed phone numbers for future and later he told me i would really like to see god reveal himself to me like he did to you i didn't lead him to a prayer video maybe another minister in the kingdom of god will bring him to this because imagine if just one of each one of us brought one person all the other places so that we you know if this word touched you and and touched your heart i asked the lord let it be like this in my life give me a place to be able to witness to people i appreciate this video you know maybe find in your life two stories the why you even serve god christian like why did you become a christian i'm sure history yes and i know every one of us have a story i have one stone so what pulls us why are we separate from the world and take all these them out and you say look this is what the lord has done of course and they might ask what services i would like the lord to reveal himself to me like he did to you and in agreement to prayer our church our ministerial and our ministry for all the things that we put into our budget and the things that we were able to do in kyrgyzstan um raya she's the wife of a pastor and he is uh currently paralyzed but when this pastor became paralyzed they did not stop serving god gave them a fresh uh uh awakening to continue continues to serve sisters [Music] [Music] you know i hear that they you know they argue like our russians in that area but for them if someone's arguing about to the mom or anything about the mom it hurts it hurts you know a tooth there is punishment for for the evil christians but through the grace of god in christ the change transforms but the muslim nations they live by the law and its death must be punished by death and some tribes in muslim nations but they have to go to another place and kill somebody so they can make it even imagine what kind of uh uh uh do you see they live by them by the laws of moses you know one uh woman that died in conflict in some tribes they have where they have to take the life of two men the the life of a woman or a mother is more has more value um this is an illusion but the the it seems like an illusion but the value of a woman's life is is a lot easier than [Music] together for prayer and then those americans uh you know god speaks to their heart and they write a big check look testimony just [Music] we have many plans that we have to do with the ministry division uh we were praying about our trip to return to that vision of mexico we're asking god to give us the opportunity to go to honduras and we are praying you know that the lord makes a way when and what brazilian [Music] so this this ministry just started uh this mission just started dominican republic and most importantly in the second of february we will be going to the dominican republic and brother vasily actually already ministers there has been and they have their graduation and the lord put on our hearts that there should be a church open there that there will be a kid's program for three days that we will go there there's a local uh missionary group in in some of the churches missionaries from ukraine and spain speak ukrainians and they're for them to have shirts so that they could see who are who are the ones that will be ministering and who are being made and so we put aside money in our budget but that's specifically for the ministry but for the shirts we don't have we're planning to leave on the on the segments grab all our luggage grab all the things we will be gathering and we will be taking things you know maybe we'll stay there in that area even though it's not as comfortable uh so they maybe they'll say every time i go on a mission trip with peter uh vision goer with the church when everything is yeah well look i you know we announced in church i'm a missionary no no why are you going but she would always still ask why are you personal reason what is your personal reason yes and i always ask myself that question is the oprah snake why are you going and i asked you know where are you going peter you know to take a week fast enough your schedule mess up the schedule why but we had you why why would we go dominican republic if through our trip we go to dominican republic and after our trip and there would uh be a church is it not worth it of course it's worth it you know maybe we could stay at home you know maybe we can send a a family you know or to some kind of apostate maybe you know we have a group gathered nelly lets him go he's going natasha let's is allowing him to you're going to say all the stuff we need for this trip so as they were talking about we're going to be collecting donations that we're going to bring with us to dominican republic dominican republic um some of the things we'll be asking for is um clothes though kids [Music] we're doing a kids camp so mostly for kids but adults as well and um like clothes shoes also we are going to be taking five suitcases um so if somebody has a suitcase that's in good quality that we can take and leave so if you can if you bring um donations to church and we really appreciate anything that we will be praying for uh the things we have planned to do in a year here both uh uh um you know for the ministry that will be growing uh like in brazil also pray for the ministry a nursing home ministry even though it's closed just pray about it [Music] and peter and others that serve in this they have ideas how to continue to survive also pray for the minister and that the lord would allow us to see where we as a church can serve me you know we'll give more details but we went to a missionary class you know to be able to see what god is doing you know let god give uh that that desire for us to serve one muslim you know we can dream about great bigotry but that the lord would help us here from within english service [Music] lord give us give us so that we can give our bodies as a sacrifice and our work to you and uh we will be for now if you could put up the conference next weekend on saturday nights please let us know if you're planning on attending so we can prepare the missionaries in our church and uh anyone else that would like to come join and we can listen to workshops we will also have work with our missionaries hospital peter uh hopefully the hospital workshops we dominican republic and uh we should technically be supporting with nouveau but vasily himself said no yes we do have a virginia dominican republic you know and maybe you know we have it budgeted but you can also give a gift these are ventilator had a stroke a few days ago he's going to be going through a procedure it's coming up later today you know when you're under those influence of anesthesia or under surgery or other different medical procedures you cannot do it yourself anymore to pray mushrooms but we can pray and i like for us to pray you know recently my brother peter we celebrated his 50th birthday when we were in the mountains in west virginia and recently his wife ivanka celebrated her 50th birthday and we will pray for this family for both ivanka when he wasn't able to be with us but he's here today praise god if you have any similar needs or praise reports please share those with us we'll pray with you mary martha ministry is very grateful and thankful to god for this time that they had together the fellowship and the speakers and everybody who visited them and had a prayer together praise be to god pray for brother vasily sister who's going to be traveling to ukraine it's not easy we know what's going on there the god would protect him and bless him there you know we will have a special prayer special need and then uh jacob uh james i'm sorry in the last chapter it says the following words well maybe you saw people they were here yesterday or sometime before but we no longer see them maybe somebody lost faith or maybe they are were tempted or maybe some uh some kind of unforgiveness or other things that might be the reason biblical potentials bible says we need to pray for them [Music] and god will give us an opportunity for us to see them in heaven and like for us on this missionary service today when we talk about other things that we would also pray for this yeah or maybe you have an opportunity you know those people personally send them a text message or maybe call them give me a phone call asking to pray for her grandson ivan he's in chicago right now for his salvation in his family you know he was already in the service before and he is joining three services today in norfolk that god would bless him and send his anointing and also like to remind that sister veronica she has her family that came here permanently from moldova they were supposed to be here in church today but they couldn't make it because they're not feeling well maybe picked up that virus so let's pray for their healing first and also that god would organize their
